    INGREDIENTS:
    FOR MANGO SHARBAT/SYRUP:
    * Mango (आम) - 750 grams
    * Raw Mango (केरी) - 1 piece
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 500 grams
    * Water (पानी) - 600 ml
    * Citric acid (सिट्रिक एसिड) - 1 tsp
    FOR MANGO SHARBAT/SYRUP SERVING:
    * Mango juice (आम का जूस) - some
    * Water/Soda (पानी/सोडा) - as required
    * Ice cube (आइस क्यूब) - some
    FOR MANGO CRUSH:
    * Mango (आम) - 2 pieces
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 3/4 bowl + 1/4 Bowl
    * Water (पानी) - 3/4 bowl
    * Citric acid (सिट्रिक एसिड) - 1/8 tsp
    FOR MANGO SHAKE:
    * Mango crush (मैंगो क्रश) - some
    * Milk (दूध) - as required
    * Ice cube (आइस क्यूब) - optional
    RECIPE:
    For Mango Syrup/Sharbat, take some Mangoes and a Raw Mango, chop them and grind them.
    Keep a pan on the flame, put some Sugar and Water in it. Put some Citric Acid in it and when it starts boiling, put Mango paste in it and turn the flame slow. Mix it well and when it starts boiling, turn off the flame. Filter the Syrup with a strainer and keep it for cooling down and then put it in a jar or in a bottle and enjoy it for long time by keeping it in the fridge. In this way, Mango Sharbat will get ready. Take a glass, put some Mango Sharbat in it and add some Water and Ice Cubes and serve it.
    For Mango Crush, chop some Mangoes in small chunks and grind some Mangoes in the form of paste.
    In a pan, put some Sugar, Water and Citric Acid in it. When Sugar gets melted, put the Mango paste in it and cook it till it becomes thick. Then put the Mango Chunks in it and cook it on low to medium flame by covering it. Then put some more Sugar in it and cook it little more and turn off the flame. Keep it for cooling down and put the Mango Crush in a jar.
    For Mango Shake, put some Mango Crush in a mixer jar and add some Milk and Ice Cubes in it and grind it. Mango Shake will get ready so instantly with the Mango Crush. You can preserve Mango Crush and Mango Syrup/Sharbat for 2-3 months.
