Had a play with an nx8 recently, the UI was slow, laggy and loads of "screen rip" the case felt horrible and cheap. Something you could forgive on a £150 radio but not on something twice that price. The ix 12 is a £660 radio. Which is mental in today's world

@@DorsetSaferRoads 99% if people problems with spektrum is they use cheap Chinese receivers which are crap and lose bind or refuse to bind exactly what you were claiming. There is a reason I fly spektrum in my $20,000 plus turbines or 300mph plus speed planes. If you use genuine receivers never have an issue. But everybody is so quick to bash or blame spektrum themselves because they are too cheap to buy an actual receiver and don’t have any idea why it loses bind or fails. I’ve had three gimbal springs brake on the TX16S already. They are just such a cheap crafted radio even the feel of them is cheap they remind remind me of the old Chinese cell phones from years ago. They’re a great radio for somebody that doesn’t have expensive models or doesn’t fly anything big. Definitely a great radio but if you’re flying expensive aircraft or big aircraft you need reliability. Flying spektrum for 15 plus years and have gone over 300mph and never a Single issue. I am more than glad to pay every penny that they charge for the radios and receivers to never have to worry and I have a peace of mind. And on top of that, they have the best customer service in the game. You can drop your radio and break it and send it to them they fix it for free. You can crash an airplane or helicopter and destroy the receiver. You send it to them they fix it no charge to you. No other company out there that’ll do that. Got a remember I’ve been in this hobby a long time I have flung every brand of radios there is. There’s a reason I go back to spektrum every time.

Will the Spektrum DSMX remote receiver P/N SPM9745 work for binding it. Thanks in advance.

So that’s just the satellite, you need to bind with a Regular RX with that satellite. You can get the Kensun satellite that has a bind button.

Yeah I land around 3.2v per cell. I fly mix for 4 minutes and if I’m running 100% throttle I land around 3:30
