Is this beginner friendly and does it come with those decals? Was hoping to see you use the pliers for those tight fittings and does just buying metal J4 parts alone fix the issue with this gunpla along with justice and providence?
I didn't have to use pliers on this, though I think i should've lol. J4 joints are enough for this though it's a different story for the Justice and Providence since those are back heavy. Metal Frame helps those to stand on it's own.

thanks for this video! How are the joints holding up? Are the knee and ankles loose? (I saw they buckled in the video). Also do the Vfin and the original armor parts fall off easy? Do the metal parts wear down or stress the original plastic parts? Thanks!!
Still generally ok, I don't pose kits often so there's that, still tight. Vfin and Armor parts don't fall easily, Any plastic to metal will do wear down because of the friction, fittings are tight but doesn't stress the plastic.

Can i use this frame for Freedom 2.0?

Hello quick question, I have a built freedom 2.0, will I have to do extensive disassembly to change the inner frame or just mostly transfer the exterior armor? Thank you for your time and have a great day!
mostly transfer the armor, but you have to disassemble the whole torso to get some required parts.
Is the V-fin good? Is that plastic or metal? I'm thinking to buy one because my freedom's V-fin was broken.
vfin included is metal, it's good, slightly different, but you won't even notice unless you compare it with the original.

model used here is bandai, there's no separate J8 in the market, maybe youll need this whole set.

Are the polycaps included with the metal frame superior or equal to the bandai ones? Planning to buy one if so.
I'ts not really polycaps, it is POM material a much harder type of plastic. I think it is more suitable with metal joints but you could still use the existing parts if you find it better.

I don't have 3R so i won't know, maybe the same tho, but 3R is just pre-built.
