Chocolate Ganache (Dark and White/vanilla) to decorate all your cake and tart

An easy and quick recipe of chocolate ganache that everyone could make from the first try!!
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate:
200 g dark chocolate
200g liquid cream
50g of butter
White chocolate:
210g of white chocolate
1/2 vanilla pod
80g liquid cream
