Have an amazing day!
I can't believe that I'm just watching you taking photo on a street for 1 hour, and I'm enjoying it
♥️
It’s relaxing, right?
Street photography just makes ya feel some type of way whether you are out taking the pics or just seeing someone else do it
me too :)
Спасибо! Было интересно!👍
Those quick shots of the dog just on the spot were impressive
🐕🐶🐾
What were the camera settings for those shots?
The guy with the fur coat was amazing 😂
"My friend" :D
He looked cool as fuck too
Yeah, what a character and a nice guy!
@@AmbientWanderer I live in Chi and trust me - that's a rare thing
@anusbek Either way he was a good character & that's what counts. Remember a drunk man's actions are a sober man's thoughts.
The coat guy has to buy all of us a drink too, we were along for the ride.
Hehehe
True that 😃
that guy remind me of dutch vanderlinde
He was into it.... photos looked the biz.
That guy was so sweet , that's why you should approach people during street photography, because one fine day you will get someone like that , who can make your career
Wow man that interaction with that random man enjoyed your time so very much. You instantly made his day. Great job Pierre
Thanks! He was super nice
19:00 How to find a job in less than 5 minutes! This dude was so nice! Pierre Thanks for this dope 1 hour of video photography...I enjoyed it and Subscribed! Really dope !!!
Street photography has its good and bad. People may be insecured about you taking pics of them/their car, but there are definitely wholesome moments like this too! So glad I watched this video mann
I think this will help me to be more confident with street photography and photography in general. I've just started to approach it and I found out that I'm really shy about taking picture here and there through the street and watching you doing it so easly kinda makes me realize that I should just take it easy. So, thank you!
Same me! But I have to say New York is an amazing place to do Street photography.
If I look in my neighborhood... oh man.
But I know it's just excuse.
我也是…唉……
Very much the same here, once you start doing and get the feel of it, you'll notice that people don't really care, especially in big cities. There have been many times I want to go out but and too nervous to actually get out there. Just remember: you're job as a photographer is to document moments in time 👌
any tips on taking photos on crowded place like streets
when people smile and talk to you, you will start feeling more comfy ;) I just did 1 street day,was very shy of taking shots, then a women with dog smiled and we talked about the dog and i felt comfy for the rest of that day :D
Pierre do you really think I'm gonna watch 1 hour of you doing street photography??
You're definitely right. Let me go get some popcorn
😂♥️
Fr lol I doubted myself to watch whole thing but I did and then sent this to my friend
23 mins in starting popcorn now
I'm enjoying it so much that I don't even need popcorn.
@@Bloomellie Bloody rebel mate!
No silent shutter? This man got some balls 😂👏🏼
I’m just anxious about him running into the street.
Hehe always
I never use silent shutter and never had a problem
@@ginoeelen6374 wife loves it when i swing out the big bazooka
@@simplehead513 Can't relate to any aspect of that sentence.
18:28 he looks like a Mafia Boss! 😄
I simply love this idea of following you around for an hour!
My god imagine a real game that simulates street photography
I’d be down
Photography Simulator 2020
It’s called real life
Jacob Levy ok boomer
literally just go outside and do it 😂
It proberbly looks more dangerous then it actually is when you run around on the streets, but be carefull always. Awesome video!
14:00 It's funny that after you changed the lens, people started to notice that you were taking pictures.
Size matters!
And it reinforces the advice to beginners about using shorter/prime lenses starting out if you’re still working on the nervous stage.
19:30 too haha
Nobody:
Pierre: suddenly running into the road just to run back
Hey Pierre! I love your idea of pov street photography! At first I thought it would be too long, but I find it really interesting and entertaining and I think I will end up watching it all. Thanks and keep up the good work!!
Thanks!!
I'm amazed at how relaxed the couple around 10:00 seemed, they were like pro models!
18:18 - This is what it's all about. People just being people!
18:56 holy shit man, you just made that guy's month.
this is much better than your other videos where you are too much on a hurry to get a phot.
Thanks! I think doing both will bring great balance !
Crazy how the AF system pinpointed on some perfect spots..
Dude, I'm from faraway Belarus and I also watch you, your video are just a bomb, better than any movie, you dive headlong into this atmosphere, as if you put on 3D glasses, continue to inspire us with your video.I would like to wish you to take thousands of successful pictures, and among them are certainly a few masterpieces! And of course, may there be a lot of happiness and love in your life!
One of the things I like the most about these types of videos is that it shows that not every shot you take is a keeper. When I hear you firing off shots, but I don't see the final shot, it shows me that you weren't happy with it. Sometimes we forget that the one shot we see on Instagram was the result of 10+ failed ones. Thanks for putting that back into perspective.
Pierre: oooh, look at the sky!
GoPro: *white nothing*
37:14 Yeah there is a sky
What a motivating person you are, not just to be good at the hobby, but to be good at being a human.
You should make cards that say “If you have social media dm me and tell me u got a card and I’ll send u the photos I took!”
Sometimes i just can't believe the fact that the most simple photos you make, are more entertaining to watch than a movie man. Appreciate the effort you put in this video even tho its (as far as i know) your daily doings. Giving me more motivation to invest in a better combination between cam-body and lens just to make such pictures/art like you! Love you and your work man❤
Do more this kind of videos :)
I kept loosing touch with reality, thinking I was playing an actual video game 😂
(Edit - low key really wish there was a game like this, I would play it 100%😂)
Right?
🤣🤣🤣 it’s definitely a 1st person shooter game
Jason M. Haha what a crackin pun😂👌🏻 but yeah I wondered why is was so familiar and why liked it so much 😂
Go out and do it yourself in real life. It's "scary" at first but you'll get the hang of it when you get confidence.
You're doing great job man, keep it up!
Quick question, are you searching for specific objects/situations to shoot? Because when I shoot streets I barely like my pics.
This is honestly so relaxing it's become my goto video for background noise and falling asleep to while still keeping me engaged because of all the interactions with people.
13:13 i don't know why i love this
i love this style of videos, it’s really informative and fun and interesting to see how you just capture stories in a shot and what to pay attention for/look for when doing street photography!
Hey, i really enjoy those long videos. It would be so cool if you could also do some more commentary to it, while you are taking the photos :)
I actually prefer the ambient sounds. It's relaxing :)
Yeah it's better without my voice haha
@@Sushidrew It's theraputic, I love quiet city sounds like this :)
+1 ça a été mon ASMR d'hier soir avant de faire dodo.
Omg the fast changing of your settings in different location/situation is amazing. Sometimes that is my problem when I do my street photography, it's either overexpose or underexpose. Or blurry lol
@@venanciomiki that's true. Let's keep shooting 😊😊
This is so dope! It's like playing call of duty hahahaha! Photo Stealth and Sniper Shots!
Coat guy was so kind! Cool people still exist.
Love these types of videos! It's always cool see how other people shoot especially in the city where it's so fast paced.
The fact that i want to go outside right now means u inspired me again Pierre. thx
38:42 imagine that shot with the 24mm
i really love the feel of this video , i feel as if i’m the one taking the pictures ! the town is so beautiful and really gives me a nice warm feeling with such nice people around ! love this video
i cant believe i just watched an entire hour of pierre taking photos in town, loved the video!
That final episode with that family has been just amazing and says a lot about the type of person you are. Congratulations for the shots and specially for being a nice person Pierre
Perfect timing love the POV street stuff..
Pierre, you're without question my favourite photographer and CZcamsr. Humble, talented guy making great content, and I always learn a lot with every video. Thanks bro.
@25:25 That is a very unfortunate hand placement 😂😂😂
Sell that to cnn and they will be horny
Damnit I didn't even think of that until I saw your comment 😅
In love with the pov street photography! You're my street photography hero. Hit me up next time you're in Chicago, it'd be great to hang out and take some notes.
Watching this video from more than 40 minutes and must say i don't feel bore for a single minutes. Nice compositions and very interesting to see your enthusiasm to capture the moments.
The two shots at 41:07 were AMAZING. You nailed that. What is easily navigated in person can look especially sketchy on camera! It’s only because we can’t determine for ourselves if the streets are clear, if traffic is stopped, etc. We’re armed with only the narrow perspective of a camera to draw our conclusions. Narrow perspectives often cause fear! I don’t think this looks dangerous at all, it looks FUN!!! This makes me want to hit the streets too!
The best part of these videos are when you are running 😂😂😂
Those shots around sunset and blue hour were just superb!! Loving this POV kind of stuff more than I thought I would. Keep em coming!
Thanks!!
@@Pierretlambert I think Christmastime is an awesome time to go out and shoot Street. All the lights and colors really help, it's winter, and most people are in much happier moods in general. That could be a really cool global challenge kind of concept you could try too. Invite everyone to go out and take pictures during the Christmas/new year season. Would be pretty cool. And you could have some king of voting system and giveaway or whatever. Just a random thought haha.
Aside though, since you're online right now - I went through your "How I started" story and it's actually really inspiring. I've been aching to do this full time for a long time, and finally decided that I'm going to dedicate time from January to actually begin content creation full time. Like a 2020 resolution kind of thing. CZcams, Instagram, blogs, vlogs, photography, videography, etc etc. So just wanted to say a quick thank you! If all goes well, would love to collaborate one day. 👍🔥
25:26 hold up......
Hmmm
The portraits of the couple that you captured about 9 minutes into the video (the lady with the blue lipstick) looked great - nice that you sent them the photos!
17:30 Haha. That dude was hitting on you. HARD.
Nahhhh it's bro love.
Love how you connect with the people. I took that advice when I was out Saturday night. Got a couple of good, not great shots of a group of bikers doing a night ride through downtown Cincinnati.
11:34
just a photographer shock to truck sound
I love the signage on the buildings in the early part of the video and then the way the city was lit up for the holidays when it started getting dark. It made a great setting for photos. I always enjoy watching your videos, and this was no exception.
Dude at 17:30 looks like a mobster. Love it lol
I´m studying photography in Germany and will fly to the US next week to photograph my bachelor project. Your videos are helping a lot, to get less afraid of talking with people to take pictures of them. Now I just want to start the game! United States here I come:D
31:11
He's running away from the Bodyguard
Peter he acts like taking pictures for a raid😂
Man this is amazing..this is like a first person video game..kudos for putting the effort..love the portrait of the dog very much..rest are cool as well specially passing by traffic through cars with indicator on. Cheers
I love this kind of videos, like to be lying down and drinking hot chocolate. (Do more this kind of videos plis)
That guy with the big fur coat was so happy and appreciative.its grate when you bring happiness and enjoyment into somebody else's day. awesome work..👌🏼
I guess the 70-200mm wins ... the 24mm get more interaction with people. But 70-200 is awesome 😎 too bad it’s so expensive 😔
3am watching cool street photography. This is awesome. Learning few tricks, trying that out later
18:45 why’s this guy remind me Post Malone lpl
he's like russian mafia lol
I literally just watched an hour long video of someone taking random photos and honestly i loved it!! 👌👍
14:26 perfect photo for Macy’s
tried doing this today, going out with a chest strap+gopro, and my fuji XT-3...It's not easy, people are staring like crazy and I hate the attention. You being able to this with ease is mind blowing to me
Couldn’t wait for the video!! Love your content!
Thank you Vanja!!
Hope every video was like this....raw and uncut! Love them
1:48 That's my exact reaction everytime I try street photography. Don't get me wrong, I love street photography, I just suck at it. The reaction is towards my photos xD
I love it when you show them their photos the reaction is awesome
31:10 i thought he'll come after you...
Lol the way he took the picture of the guy and just bolted made it look sus
This has officially convinced me I need a 70-200. Some of the reactions to your photos was amazing!!
I love how you just start running randomly. Confuses me every time.
Pierre: *starts running out of nowhere*
Me: where the hell are you running to?!
You have a lot of confidence, really awesome
Shout out, Pierre. Amazing . Thoroughly enjoyed it. What focus area did u use man?
100% agreed. I think he is mostly using middle
Every day is an amazing idea, you are special and creative
8:58 , я тоже тебя понял чел, давай
Я сидел и вслушивался что говорит русский чел с большим интересом чем наблюдал за фотографом
With that social skills and that French accent you are unstoppable.
28:43 That's a fine shot
That camera is magic. Just take great photos.
my hands got so sweaty when you started talking to people xD
Are you shy?
the first time I see a guy doing street with 70-200mm but it's awesome!! =)
This feels a bit like a game where the character suddenly starts running for no apparent reason :)
If everyone was like the coat guy, the world would be a better place. Cheers to the coat guy
Perfect timing I was just trying to find something to watch, I love the long videos
Fantastic! I’m only 20 minutes into the video so far. Loving your interaction with strangers. They seem cool about getting themselves or even their dog photographed. Inspiring work!
This guy just walking around and shooting people, help!
Nice one
The news be covering this story like
Thanks for sharing your city adventure. I don't film mine and the town I live in is not as lively but I do this as well. Liked, subscribed and waiting for more.
4:19 can someone explain to me what that sound was??
He very nearly caught her morphing into her final form. Note how he was bummed that he didn't get a good exposure from that shot. He had to keep running to avoid being her first victim.
That is hilarious... I didnt noticed that until I saw this comment
Working on my own photos as I am listening to the soothing sound of your footsteps and that of your camera shutter.
is it just me or did it feel like an fps game. No kidding i was waiting for you to reload to a new sd card or battery.
First person camera walks are the new jam. Thanks for sharing, it's a great way to learn how you shoot street photography. But how do you keep track of all the photos you send to strangers afterwards? :D
what gloves are those? they’re sick
That fur coat guy was amazing!
Hey hey, commenting here to get your presets 😂 hehe
Damn you guys are fast! But Tsu was faster :D
@@Pierretlambert :(
18:26 hats off / respect.. what a beautiful shot..
9:00 somebody said "я понял, давай" in russian
btw I'm from Russia :)
Love that type of video. Your photos are amazing. C'est plaisant de suivre ton aventure pendant 1 heure!!
