Pre 1993, the best tennis player I've ever seen. Monica had no weaknesses on the court. So skilled, so fast and so powerful.

Monica changed the game too by popularizing the double forehand and backhand in female tennis. And who can forget her famous grunt that every female tennis player does today.

If Monica wasn't stabbed in 1993, she would be on the list of Athlete of the Decade of the 1990's together with Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, Z Zidane, Pete Sampras, Sachin Tendulkar and Ken Griffey Jr
