Monk Synopsis: Adrian Monk (Emmy®-winner Tony Shalhoub) was once a rising star with the San Francisco Police Department, legendary for using unconventional means to solve the department's most baffling cases. But after the tragic and still-unsolved murder of his wife, Trudy, the devastated Monk becomes obsessive-compulsive. His psychological disorder has caused him to develop an abnormal fear of virtually everything: germs, heights, crowds... even milk. Monk's condition costs him his job, but he's back as a police consultant despite the unique challenges he encounters in his everyday life. These challenges lead Monk to hire a personal nurse, Sharona Fleming (Bitty Schram), who is always there to offer her assistance, even with the simplest of tasks (like organizing his sock drawer). Her less-than-subtle prodding keeps the "defective detective" on track in his investigations, as well as in his efforts to convince Captain Stottlemeyer (Ted Levine) to allow him to return to the force.
The Official Channel devoted to the brilliance of DI Adrian Monk; the defective San Franciscan detective, whose OCD is both a blessing and a curse. We'll be posting the very best moments from the show so, like Monk, you'll never miss a beat.

I really like Randy being the main investigator instead of Stottlemeyer, shows he can do stuff on his own without being an fool
Not to mention he was super cooperative and respectful
Being a fool lol…we talking about the same Randy who asks if the fish he was holding was extinct in
Natalie’s first episode red herring lol…I like the whole cast a lot but to say Randy isn’t a fool at times at least is really putting it mildly lol…and he’s not the lead investigator Stoudemire is and always has been.
@@MITCH_61 That's what people are saying Mitch. They needed a constant patsy for the show, and that's what they devolved Randy into being. He got Flanderized.
Everyone has to do what they are best at, and let's face it, Randy is really good at being adorkable.
@@LeviGrattonhe was about as smart as the rest of the cops in the show at first. Which is to say, not very smart at all. The writers just kinda kept dumbing him down season after season, giving him a few redemption moments here and there.
Monk takes wife killers very seriously.
Love the ending of the episode with the radio host,
"You're not laughing now, are you? Are you?"
"No, I'm not laughing."
"Join the club."
Exactly tony. Every time I had rewatched a monk episode I always thought to myself what goes through Monk 's head whenever he takes a case involving a spouse getting murdered and or learned that the spouse in question is the killer. Because in my mind I'm thinking that Monk must feel so disgusted and angry internally with these spouse killers because he would do anything and give up anything just to have the chance spend one day with his wife again unlike these spouse killers who would kill their significant other for some ridiculous reason
"Are you okay?"
"I'm just a little nervous."
"Ah! First time?"
"No, I've always been nervous."
entendi a reference
@@eliascassimiro6813 Shirley, you can’t be serious!
The part where Mr. Monk stands up and points at the imposter on the plane and says "I'm telling you guys, that dude is not real" 😂
@evanjuleen, now i want to know whatever happened to that lady, because she was never identified.
There's a channel called
The Reckoning that has the update on that person 🤙
@russhall856, I checked on that a couple weeks back. She supposedly issued an apology but some people think it was coerced.
That old dude was so helpful to monk😂
Played by Garry Marshall, creator of HAPPY DAYS and LAVERNE & SHIRLEY, director of PRETTY WOMAN and THE PRINCESS DIARIES, and brother of Penny Marshall.
I was going to say the same thing
A great actor
Warren Beach
yeah, the old dude has created about 3 dozen celebrity legends out of thin air. Happy Days, alone has spawned more spinoffs than any other show, besides MASH....and the spinoffs include mork and mindy (Robin Williams FIRST shot), Joannie Loves Chachi (Scott Baieo of Charles in Charge, Lenny and Squiggy, Lavern and Shirley....where Laverne is ALSO a director and producer, Al's (Pat Morita, of Karate Kid fame),
One of the few killers that actually had some respect for Monk after catching them.
Lol "If it doesn't reach, call Warren beach, I'm going to need that when your done, it's the prototype"
with Monk's interactions with the salesman and some times other "civilians" in cases gives me an idea for a detective show where the main character pairs off with a different guest star as a sort of assistant/ Watson character helping the detective in each case
I like it
The first episode of Monk I ever saw! One of my absolute favorites
According to the title, Monk solves the case of someone who goes around killing airplanes...
Love how we later find out the stewardess never went flying again because of Monk!😂
Fun fact: she's played by Tony Shalhoub's real life wife :)
When do we learn that?
@@babbisp1I think it was in the 100th episode
@@Robi2009 She also appeared in 2 other episodes. The one where Randy was a sheriff and the Monk's Last Case movie as a publisher in the opening scenes.
She became an alcoholic too
No one gets away from Monk.
‘You need a court order to dig up the concrete!’
‘Do it!’
‘Ok.’ 🤣🤣
I think that was basically just a we'll get one when we actually have time later kind of thing.
This is definitely one of my favourite Monk episodes.
4:56 Later on, Monk will fail to lie for Natalie to Julie’s science teacher.
If it doesn't involve homicide Monk's motivation will be reduced into half lol
Monk is such a hypocrite
literally unwatchable!

Monk is my childhood, thanks for uploading these videos :)
His character is brilliant and I enjoy watching these posted videos.
Whenever I see this episode, I always think of “Hocus Pocus.”😉😅 Also, I enjoy the meta humor of Tim Daly being in this episode but Monk says he’s never seen the show “Wings.”😂
Tim Daly? As in the VA of Superman from the 90's cartoon!?
Never seen it was it any good? Well he was ! 😂
After all these years, whenever I think of Tony Shalhoub I always think of him as Antonio from Wings before any other of his characters :-)
The couple walked through a metal detector wearing cuffs and no alarm?
Great episode of Monk
Wow how could I miss this episode
Extension cords on a Plane ? We need answers 😂
One of my fav episodes.
Monk goes hard after these wife killers.
The airline Stewarti the woman is Monks real wife
krly
I'm awaiting his movie so bad!!
The sheriff is now a flight attendant?
Yea but that's Randy's role ,playing the ( fool )
I love Monk ❤
Back when Randy wasn’t braindead
Is that Kevin Connolly at 3:48 on the left? Looks just like him
I think the woman we see briefly in the first minute of this clip is played by Brooke Adams- Tony Shalhoub’s real-life wife.
Yes, it is her. She makes a few cameos throughout the series.
@@brunohenriqueazevedoborges5490 as well as in the movie
Garry Marshall was hilarious!
When video first started and they show the shoes and monks face I thought he was grossing cause of the shoes.
63 vídeos aonde,
se somarem não dá um filme.. ...
So he goes from selling what looks like extension cords to robbing banks
And also her destroying the call help button wouldn’t that be illegal? And probably jail time or at least a big fine for the stewardess
She retired after that flight.
If I was Monk, I would've gotten her fired for that. I don't know if it's worth jail time, but it would definitely get her fired.
When it doesn’t reach call warren beach
I’m surprised he didn’t call in a bomb threat or something?
I think he could be arrested for false report
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Why would a man who just killed his wife be worried about his shoe? I don't know 😅😂
# 248!!!
WHOOOOOOOO.... DOGGY!!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘
I’m just glad Wi Tu Lo wasn’t landing their plane!
Sacrament Pierre
Love the part of this episode with the little girl torturing Monk with the Pete and Repeat joke.
Monk you're ruining that pilot's life...
