    Great cook, Tommy. Wings looked absolutely delicious. I'm not sure what this new craze is about, but if it isn't broken, don't fix it. I'm stickin' with the old ways. They've never failed me. Great video, brother. 👍

    This was the easiest and quickest way I found to make a worthwhile wing. Just check them occasionally after the flip especially if using the bottom grate as they will be burnt if you qait another 30 minutes. My Camp Chef likes 10 minutes after the flip. Even with a short rest you are eating in less than an hour.

    I do not know who started the 0 to 400 method. i thinking it be better in an oven lol Great job tommy. I be getting some of that ps seasoning . and flat top rub.

    Oh! So you put it on before you turn it on. Hmmmm. I usually do 40 minutes but I wait till it gets to 500 degrees before putting it on. I am going to try this method. Great challenge!

      I'd guess you get more direct heat.

      Yes, definitely get more radiant heat, which is why I always smoke upper rack, as far as possible from the burn pot. Makes sense though for these wings, you wanted the extra heat for browning 👍
