In 90s when the state didn’t has the trained and educated bureaucracy , then why the Nawaz government took loans which were not practically payable or they took loans for their own kick backs and commission and in those days I was a student of economics and we all in our class use to discuss that these loans Pakistan will not be paid even 50 years and slowly in fourty years we will be a default state , so how come our politicians and bureaucracy was not able to assess the situation before taking big loans shame
