Well thought of! Resident/s are forced to have VERY strict discipline to maintain this house. Part of the decor here is HOW CLEAN the unit is. Workable though!

Very pretty BUT.. more space outside than inside = 🙅
If you eliminate a little of the outside space all around, there will be more space INSIDE!
Also, step up to bedroom is un-necessary! Keep the bedroom floor on level, just RAISE the bed and add built-in storage drawers! (Why is the mattress on the floor??)
Sliding side door and bedroom door is a very smart space saver✅
So ALL doors should be sliding, too, including the entry door and the bathroom door!
You really need to fix the header. The sqm is not 18 it would be 39

Philippines is usually wirh grandparents, parents, children and their future families filed up in one house - hence one bedroom, two, three or four will not be suitable.

Its because we dont count outdoor spaces as floor area, Like porch or balcony
