I love the roof on this house !
If You face this South , do away with that concrete wall & .make that cut out in the roof to fit a roll up garage
type door ( can be electric - thermostat control - or , manual )
put in stained concrete floors
( at least where the sun can reach them ) , put in as much glass wall
as possible on the wall faceing
that roof with the notch in it !
The benefits of this will be a warmer house in winter AND a cooler house
in summer ! Open or close the notch
as necessary to get desired effect !
When it gets hot , close it , when it gets cold , open it sun will heat floor
during the day , then release that heat at night ! When it gets hot in summer close it to prevent the sun from getting the floor hot ! No power req. BRILLIANT !

Nice, but would need more doors to make it work for a couple rather than a single person. A door between the living-room and kitchen, and a door on the bedroom would be needed to provide a sound barrier between the different rooms. Plus a wardrobe (more storage space in general really - perhaps utilising some of that wasted space above the livingroom).

Beautiful plan except grand entry is direct in kitchen 😀😀.you can reduce sit-out space near swimming pool and make use for proper space for dinning and entry in living room.

Very nice design. Good for semi-tropical regions. I would rotate the house so the pool is not next to the street, and of course add fencing around it for safety.

I think a house always has to have a back door for emergency or safety purposes. In case of fire, for instance. Or a large window can be made to function like one.
