- Welcome to a pull-up challenge! This time I'm doing the bring sally up pull-up challenge. If you to it the whole song it's 30 pull-ups. I rested one arm hanging but my goal is to to it with both arms. Give it a try!

OMG ! That's incredible. She stayed hanging on the bar during more than 3 minutes. Even most of well trained men can't do that. Respect !
Are you not meant to pause at the top of the pull up? Falling down defeats the purpose of the challenge. Its meant to be controlled.
That's what I thought too, but nonetheless, pretty good still. Could be better though
Yeah maybe but 99% of men couldn’t do what she did so respect anyway. Even some USMC squadron failed to finish the song. Amazing performance!
@@guiguiross3911 the usmc were doing it properly though, thats why they failed. Different conditions and style of pull ups will give different results..population of earth 7.35 billion (2017) saying 50% are male would make 3.675 billion males. 1% of that number is 36,750,000 men who can still do this (according to you). Do you think that many women could do this? Could you? I doubt it :)
Dylan Snyman no the USMC blokes weren’t doing it right either... I am close but not here yet but that’s not the issue the issue is more naysayers coming and criticising an outstanding performance for no real reasons. And if even 1% of men on earth could do it I would be surprised to be honest

Have you tried the bring sally up reverse pull up challenge? Up on the downs, down on the ups. You'll spend more time in the contracted phase of the exercise. I haven't got all the way through it yet but I'm working on it :)

I do it reverse on calf raises and usually hold 25-50 lbs. I can usually get to the middle of the song ( about a minute and a half in). I have only been working out for 2 months but I live on a hobby farm and get a lot is physical exercise
I did the Challenge 5 times in a row in reverse Form.
why don't you go ahead and try not breathing ..makes it more challenging.

Hats off Young Lady !!! I've been in all sorts of sports for 20 years and i know how HARD this is !!! Especially for a woman !!! Women are not known for their upper body strength.. yet you did what 99.9 %of athletes cannot do ! For the haters, hanging with one hand is even harder then hanging with 2 hands !!! Sure it eases the pain of the skin ... but its twice as hard! Are you the world champ or something? 😉🙂

You are doing it wrong! The whole point of this is that when it says down you hold the pull up at the top position. On top of this, you are resting by shaking out your arms which is also not allowed!

I don't mean to be offensive but your pull up form is bad, real pull ups are done with much wider grip than that, also you're supposed to have controlled movement so you should pause at top of the bar with chin over bar (no goose neck) for 2-3 secs and go slowly down, don't smash into your joints. Don't take this as hate comment, rather take it as constructive feedback
