The real estate companies have been grabbing headlines with a stunning show. Just today, DLF announced it has sold all the 1,100 units of its Arbour 2 luxury housing project in South Delhi in 72 hours. Last week, Macrotech Developers, announced that in their nine months of FY24, they have surpassed the business development target for the full year. On an overall front, the luxury segment has done fabulously well in the last 9 months with a 115% rise, according to Anarock.
