  • Most people wouldn't take on something the sheer size of a LWB Sprinter van as a restoration project, before converting it to a camper. Most people buy something solid to start with. That doesn't mean there's nothing to be said for taking it on the hard way.

There are men who buy big garages and fill them with expensive tools, not knowing how they work or ever truly finding out. They produce nothing and the tools are eventually sold as the next fad takes over. Then there's this guy. He paints with a toothbrush, and bends steel with a battery and he produces new cars out of old rust and sheer persistence. Which guy do you want to be? Your videos are a lesson in creativity, and you are a poet with an angle grinder. It's a pity you can't weld with gold wire, as your repairs are like kintsugi. Lovng the channel, keep them coming 👍🇦🇺

Those guys are known as wankers and sadly they’re in no short supply. Content like this, however, is the antidote. I’ll take a repaired toothbrush-painted, battery-bent Mercedes-Benz shitbox (surely that’s a tautology…) all day versus the alternative and I’m sure you’ll agree.
