It’s the algorithm. If you watch one, they keep sending them. So, get a colonoscopy at the correct age, and know the symptoms of colon cancer. I’m drinking my prep (🤢) today for my 8:15 a procedure. Sure beats cancer. 🎉
My husband died of Colon cancer 😢. He works out 3x a week eat healthy and doesn't smoke or drink. It doesn't run in the family either. I am so sad 😞 just thinking about him.

That's what happened w/ my husband. He complained for months! So just 11 months after his prev. Colonoscopy his next showed Colo-rectal CA. (His super Ivy League GI Doc told us in a 💩-head manner.) He died 7months after path report back. He shouldn't have had to jump through hoops to get his LAST Colonoscopy-his symptoms were pooh-poohed! [His family misses him every min of every day.]

I was diagnosed at 46 with metastatic colon cancer to my liver. I had chemo, surgery, and more chemo. My first symptom was severe abdominal pain. I have been cancer free for 4 yrs.
Its impossible finding a doctor to listen when on Medicaid. Four weeks ago, I suddenly lost my appetite and can go days without eating, and I've lost 12 lbs and have shrunk from a size 12 to size 8. And I'm always extremely fatigued -- sleeping more than I'm awake. 😭
Please don't give up.
Besides cancer, there are other conditions that can cause similar symptoms such as extreme weight loss.
Maybe you can find a cancer survival group or a patient advocacy that can direct you to resources.
I'm no medical person, just looking for answers too.

Frustrated with the lack of proper care, I sought help in a big city and received a consistent diagnosis, confirmed through a colonoscopy. The young man and I were lucky to catch it before stage 4. Advocacy and persistence are crucial in our healthcare journeys, especially in rural areas where expertise can vary. Thankfully, the medical board addressed my first doctor's negligence.
This story underscores the importance of being proactive about our health, seeking second opinions, and advocating for proper care. We need diligent healthcare providers who prioritize our well-being.

I remember my mom’s pcp being so concerned about her being anemic that he ordered blood transfusions to get iron count up. After a month of transfusions without improvement the doctor suspected she had lymphoma. Luckily chemotherapy saved her life and she lived another ten years.
This was very informative and eye opening! Our contemporary diet is killing us. I am glad I never developed the western way of eating and living when I moved.

I’m in the similar position of this gentleman . However slightly older I’m 42 and have the same symptoms. Seeing these videos are making me believe I have early stages of Colon cancer . I’ve got a colonoscopy and endoscopy on Tuesday . So 🤞 if I do it he treated right away

@@JeviPachingan Thankfully I’m all Clear , it was such a worrying few weeks . I would say to anyone watching these videos take things with a pinch of salt. I had all the symptoms but thankfully the outcome was that there was nothing wrong with my colon.
It would be interesting to know which family member history is applicable. My maternal grandfather & paternal aunt both died of colon cancer; doctors have told me that that doesn't put me at any higher risk.
We buried my brother on his 48th birthday in 1996. He was very healthy and active. A few years ago a second brother had is colon removed - just in time so far. My family members had genetic testing. Most are positive for the PMS2 gene - Lynch Syndrome.
Other cancers of the stomach, ovarian and endometrial have been found in my siblings (6 out of 8) plus several cousins on both sides.
I get an annual colonoscopy and an endoscopy every two years. Better to check than to be surprised when it is too late to do anything.

I’m 32 and I’ve been having worrying symptoms that could possibly be cancer for months but hopefully it’s IBS. Have a colonoscopy scheduled in a month so wish me luck. I’ll fill y’all in if I remember this comment!
I was getting symptoms to I got colonoscopy check and they found nothing but a small hemeroid I did lots of other test and blood work but they can’t really see or find anything wrong so I’m hoping it is IBS Or just some Gilbert syndrome which isn’t deadly or to serious just a change in diet and lifestyle

@@JeviPachingan I actually had to cancel it due to moving out of state for a job opportunity. Crazy thing is I stopped having bad gastro symptoms shortly before leaving for my job. The bloodwork leaned more towards possible pancreatitis per the doctor but I’ve been fine ever since thankfully

Been constipated for years (lazy bowel) and don't have money for colonoscopy, so I just do what I can do, I have been taking gum arabic as fiber supplement for a month now, and just yesterday I began downing capsules of ground soursop leaves for active prevention of cancer. Also have cut down on processed stuff and more veggies now.

Been seeing this more commonly coming up people dying of collon cancer much younger then in the past people in the 30s to 40s in canada it looks to be not taken very seriously been thinking since i turned 30 i and with the increase of crc deaths that have been more high profile it may be a good idea to get a co sooner rather then later.

Lost a friend. Misdiagnosed as iron-deficient, overweight as cause of fatigue and sciatic nerve pain. Discovery: In operable because cancer on left, wrapped around artery and nerve. She had to keep insistently for tests. when they (HMO) finally agreed, it was inoperable.

Thanks for mentioning the family history component but I wish you had also mentioned the connection to ovarian and endometrial cancers. I had bowel cancer exactly as described in your video at 27 and I'm now 67. In recent years the connection has been found and it's called Lynch Syndrome also known as MHS6. I have a sister who had endometrial cancer and my mother also had bowel cancer. I tested positive for Lynch syndrome. Because I was first and my doctor was smart all my siblings are tested regularly. Now the next generation are getting tested and we're finding it. My daughter who has had polyps is being checked regularly because she is in her child bearing years and wants kids. You don't want to risk not having any because cancer got you first and you had to have a hysterectomy to save your life. I'd also like to know if this affects more women than men. Does anyone know?
My aunt tested positive for Lynch after having two types of cancer. Luckily my Dad and all of us kids tested negative….
Eat healthy fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Plenty of home cooked meals. Stay away from fast food, junk food and processed/packaged foods. Your body will love you and reward you with good health.
Surprised a Dr diagnosed him, so many women are dismissed that have undiagnosed breast, lung, ovarian, colon, Cancer. They die from Dr neglect!

Denial is not the only reason people avoid seeking help. Not trusting or proactive mentoring by their physician, not bring honest with physician, outdated discovery and treatments, money money money, unwillingness of HMO or Medicare or high cost insurers, etc to cover any part of treatments, fear that employer might fire or not hire.
"Denial" has a slightly different meaning when used by doctors. Usually related to observation of a patient e.g in this case the blood may not have been visible to the patient.
Why do most doctors ignore symptoms and just rely on blood tests? Blood tests don’t always come up abnormal.
Very often it's the case that medical problems don't raise flags on standard blood panels until very advanced. Blood tests might be more useful if they were taken often in every patient, like a so called medical passport. Typical ranges for a specific person could perhaps be narrowed. Instead of relying on general population ranges
I should also say, that doctors are sort of defacto trained to down play problems. Typically, it's not cancer or something major. So, that's their subjective experience

However, 66 seems like a "normal" age for breast cancers to become a (high) risk.
So even if she hadn't gotten any covid (shots nor infection), it likely wouldn't have made any difference...
Also, "radical breast cancer" does not seem to be a thing - only radical surgery.
I'm not sure what you meant, but when it comes to medical issues, it's important to be specific and science-based instead of anecdotal/suspicious.
Lastly, it's of course possible that she lived less long due to the treatment - but doctors only give treatments when people would die even sooner without it.
So unless you're saying she died due to medical mistakes (which is of course possible and happens far too often), the treatment probably extended her life...
Even though it must have been very tough and draining to undergo all that, and I'm sure you would've loved to have her around for many many more years.
It's understandable to look for things to blame when something so unfair occurs.
