Easily the best LEGO Dalek animation I’ve seen in a long time!

Very nice work, which software did you use?

Thank you, though what I used isn’t very impressive. I used the Stop Motion Studio Pro app, voice changer plus app, and the iMovie app.

@@Itaskashowstable100 oh yeah I’ve got them, they’re not the best. I’m gonna have to start doing some more myself actually. How’d you make the lasers and stuff, is there a tool to do that on Stop Motion Studio?

I made the lasers by tapping on a single frame or picture. Then a bar popped up above it with several options. One of them will be the edit option, chose that one. Then you will be brought to a new screen, with the words edit up in the right hand corner. Under the edit option is a plus symbol, click it. Then a new bar will appear beside it with many new options. The first option is the add drawing option, click it. A colored dot will appear where the edit button used to be. Click the dot and you will have access to brush size, colors, extra. Then use your finger and draw away on the screen. Though I had to redraw the lasers on ever frame to make them look like they were traveling. I hope I was able to help you and didn’t go over board explaining the process.

@@Itaskashowstable100 no no, I get what you’re saying totally. Can it be done on the normal Stop Motion Studio or does it have to be the pro version? Also how’d you make the explosions?

I have the pro version, but I think it can be done on the normal version too. To do the explosions I downloaded Video FX:Movie Maker and Editor app. Back on the stop motion app, I would take pictures of something exploding. I would then copy those pictures, and paste them into a new movie. I would then save this new movie to my device. Then I would open the effects app and click import. Then I would import the clip and click stickers in the bottom right corner. A new widow would open at the top with several options. Select explosions and you are given a few to chose from. Unfortunately to access the really good explosions, you have to pay. Though there are a few for free with you can tap on. Then you can add the effect to your video and save it to your device. After saving it, go back to the stop motion app. Select your old photos that don’t have the effect and delete them. Then import the video of the clip with the explosion on it from your photos, and put it in the place of the old ones. Hopefully I was able to help.
