I Am First Step

Introducing I Am First Step! Join us in celebrating 30 years of helping women rediscover the best in themselves with the help of the Coalition’s renowned First Step Job Training Program.
First Step has graduated more than 1,700 homeless and low-income women, many of whom have gone on to achieve financial independence and stability.
On the anniversary of the program, graduates publicly celebrate their strength and resilience in their own words.
