You should do a challenge where you make a full track from 4 random blindfolded 45 picks out of a stack.

Great video Marlow! I too love 45s. Also I’m sure you’ve done it already, but can you make a video showing how you sample your drums and process them to get your signature drum sound? I’m not asking to know your secrets lol, more from a place of improving my own drums 😊
I don't sample drums, my drums are all processed with my samplers and analog gear. I have them all in my packs. A big part of the sound comes from the compression and equing at the end on the master out.

Sometime when I’m playing some drums I press on a pad and the sample get played twice really fast is like a double click is it normal with the Mpc or should I return it ?

Do you think the sp 404 mk2 will dirty up drums better than the Mpc x can?
The new flavour pro is really good at that but I feel like the 404 has its own sound, I like the way the 404 sounds but I won't say it's better.
Passt secret weapon. Get a yamaha tx16w. My favourite to colour drums.

coming from the mpc 2000xl, 2500, and the 1000, mpc Software is trash. waaay to many steps to create. should have just left it alone. this why akai keeps coming out with new gear because they cant get it right. Mpc studio2 is THE WORST CONTROLLER! used it twice, now its brand new in the closet with the rest of my junk gear.The Maschine over the new Mpc's AAALLLL DAY! The returns and trades for akai gear is insane. Sorry Akai y'all are getting Wacker and Wacker! your new gear is GARBAGE!
Push 3 stand-alone is pretty amazing, but I’ll always love the hardware MPC workflow
