This has been in my tarot collection for the last 8 years. I purchased it alongside the Tarot Illuminati. I love the tarot Illuminati, but I have not used this anywhere near as much. Yet I find it a lovely deck.
Thanks for another great walkthrough, Simon. I had this deck for some time, I don‘t use it a lot, but when I do, I have gotten great readings from it. My daughter loves to use and borrow this one a lot. I am gifting her a copy of it for her upcoming 21st Birthday.
I really liked the Hanged Man and The Devil but actually I preferred the Minors to the Majors in this deck. It was interesting to see it, certainly very colourful which I like 😍❤️
It's so strange. I have had this deck for two years and never read with it. It is a beautiful deck, it just never calls to me. The same with Dunne's other deck, Illuminati. Because of this I will give it another chance. Thanks Simon!
I love this deck when I see it reviewed but after I purchased it, it felt too busy for me to work with. That may have to do with where I was in my tarot journey at the time though. I’d be willing to give it another try too as I last tried when it came out. I leave extra cards in the deck and read them as part of the deck. 🌺
I so want to love this deck (and I have tried many times), but the style and colours make my head swim. Too much going on in each card and so colourful that I can't focus on them, and switch off.
This is my all time favourite deck, and I have a lot! I love mythology s and ancient history and culture, so it just reads a dream to me. This deck taught me the best many years ago how to remember court cards by assigning them to god's. While I know the art is not for everyone and it seems "busy" I really enjoy the use of colour's ect in a spread.
Oh my gosh I know exactly what you mean about re-buying things. I give things to a thrift store and a small percent of the time I re-buy them. 🤦♀ The problem is, I never know at the time which things I'll regret giving away so now I'm reluctant to let things go. And I need to! 😏 Thanks for reading about the cards too. These are complex images so we need to know the artist's intentions. ♥
