Hello bro.. Thanks for dropping by.. We used a heavy duty rivet to secure the heavy bag wall mount.. I believe there were 4 at the top of the mount and 2 at the bottom.. If you're planning to use a wall mount try finding one that can stand tension twice the weight of your heavy bag.. For example if your heavy bag weights around 100kg get one that can stand up to 200kg..
