@@RosannaTxt so I figured it out if you go to the top right you can hit sign in and then if you don’t have a account with notion you you can’t use this but if you make one then hit the copy button on the top right it copy’s it to your account then it working I hope that helps but if not idk how to explain it better
@@pikachgirl5579 Correct, that is how you're supposed to use a notion template. You need to make an account and duplicate the template to be able to use it. It also explains this in the instructions when you get the download link. This is correct and means the template is working. Am I right to assume that after copying it did work and the numbers now go up if you use it?

I would love a tutorial video or something similar on how you made these because I play lots of not popular legacy challenges lol.
I do have a second channel about productivity and Notion where I do explain some things about Notion. I don't think I'll do an exact video on how to make these but with some basic Notion Knowledge you should be able to make this fairly easily! My second channel is Extratxt but for some beginner Notion techniques I'd recommend Thomas Frank! :D

midnights162 has a cute set of graphics for each one and people have been brainstorming a Twins Challenge for TTPD! I see this video blew up awhile ago and it sounds like you have quite the back log, but I thought it'd be fun to toss this in !
I have the eras one on my list!! It's indeed quite a long list but I'm excited to get to work on them once I have a lil bit more time 👏🏼

This is so cool! I'm a Notion girly as well and I play too many legacies. I actually have a WIP Notion page for The Sims, with databases for all the sims, all the lots, all the aspirations, collections etc. I'll make sure to link all your templates when I eventually share it. Notion definitely has a steep learning curve, takes quite some time and practice. Glad these templates could help and that you enjoy playing with them!! 🩷
Maybe make one for deligracys tiny town challenge. Its not a generational challenge but there is a lot that goes into it and would definitely be nice to have a dashboard for that

these are incredible! i'm doing a rotational build a city challenge, and doing various different legacy challenges within the households of the save, so keeping track of everything is an absolute nightmare. i've made just a simple thing with onenote for some of it, but this more interactive tracker is absolutely delightful and will make it so much easier. subscribing and keeping an eye out for everything you make and using it as inspiration for the page for the BACC itself. i'd suggest that one for you, but it'd be a massive undertaking for you and you've already gotten such great suggestions!

I've been playing through the Star Sign legacy challenge by GinovaSims, that would be a cool one for a tracker. I love the idea, I might have to revisit my long abandoned Not So Berry challenge now, or maybe just start fresh.

Making a plain one would be quite hard since the whole template is based on filters that would be empty when the template is empty 😅 As in, if I’d deliver that you’d be off faster building the whole thing from scratch in notion yourself😉

About the Taylor swift gen challenge.. there is also a era’s legacy challenge, in the challenge (if I remember correctly) your sims follow like the road map of how Taylor went from highschool girl to global superstar. I can’t remember where I saw it, but maybe you can do that one aswell!

I started my very first legacy challenge as I’m tired of the mundaneness of starting and giving up after two generations. It became basic and boring. I came across Morbid’s and decided to play in a legacy format. So, t begin updating my mods, batting period CC for 1300’s and realize I need a better family tree. The family tree I chose by a CZcams referral created a back tree and it broke my family. Everyone a baby has any need, everyone snaps back to anatomical position that stops them in their tracks and everyone has to pee all at once.
SO ANGRY!!! My game is no longer playable and now I have to work on finding the broken mod.

Aaah thank you!! The first template took me the longest because I was trying to figure out how to set it up. So like a week. The Not So Berry I made within one evening (because I had the layout and it's "only" 10 gens haha)

Do you have a link to the basic one? because ai cannot seem to find it. The only “basic” one I can find is just a regular “play 10 gens” but that doesn’t have any goals so I would not know how to make a tracker for it 😅 It is already on my list but I’ve yet to find the source info!
@@RosannaTxt I couldn't find anything either. The reason I asked though was because I remember seeing rules for it somewhere, it was like you had to complete your career, you had to have your kids have an A, things like that but I can't find it.

Hey!! For a family tree tracker I’d suggest The Sims Legacy hub or The Sims Tree! I have videos on both if you’d like to see a review. I don’t think I’ll make a legacy tree tracker as there are already great ones out there that a notion template would not compete with

You can definitely add photo’s yes! You can just click at the bottom of the page and do /image and it should give you the pop up to add pictures 😊 If you are looking for more uses of the tool then you can just search for some Notion for beginners videos and it should give you some directions!

Hey! Any basic Notion tutorial would teach you how to do this (technically). But just in case it wasn’t clear: the sims template are completely free!! So no need to pay you can just download them!! 😊

@@beckyxogames6472 I searched for that but as I expected, just a generic legacy challenge doesn't come with rules. Its just a challenge to play through 10 generations. I could not make a tracker out of that because there is nothing to tick off 😅
