If your gonna use a pro controller the elite 2 is the only option imo. I’ve tried them all and nothing else even comes close to it. And before anyone says anything about them breaking….ALL CONTROLLERS end up breaking and if you take care of it it will last a good 2 years and buy the extended warranty from Best Buy for 60 bucks and you literally get a brand new elite 2 every 2 years for basically 30 bucks a year bc every 2 years all you gotta do is take it back and swap it for a brand new one and buy another 60$ warranty and do it over and over and over. Literally comes out to 30 bucks a year after the initial investment and you get a brand new controller every 2 years. You can’t beat it.
From a financial perspective you’re right but Input delay is my only argument, I’ve noticed with the elite series 2 core I can’t wall bounce as fast or grab walls as consistently as I can with the standard Xbox One controller. Plus there’s other controllers you can get 0.1 millisecond response time on and from a competitive point of view I’d say whatever makes you faster is the best.

You 100% right. I've only had 3 controllers all throughout the 360 lifespan. And only the standard controllers.
360 controllers were built to lasttttt

360 controllers had better sticks. They were larger and stiffer (lol) but when they went to the Xbox One they went smaller and weaker. That's why those Xbox controllers wear out the sticks so fast now. I heard that the Paystation controllers had the same weak sticks. Back in the day those 360 ALPS analog sticks were sick
