What happens if you take a lightweight airplane ESC and stick it in a crawler with an out-runner brushless motor?? Well wonder no more as I build a brushless system on a budget!

Yes, it made me jump too! Turns out it's a bad idea to plug the ESC into the steering channel of the receiver.
