Wave washer seat in first then wave washer , then drive plate , then steal !
Yeah thats what the manual says
So you put the first fiber in and then the washer goes after that followed by the rest of the fiber and steel? When I took mine apart the washer was first then the first fiber? On a 2002
great video very helpful! thanks for the torque specs
Nice straight to the point video. Thanks

Os miller light the oem oil normally used lmao i usualy run corona or bud light but tends to get to warm too fast

Every bolt has a torque value in the manual.

im actually not sure what cluthes disks we used. he had purchased them and already had them soaking before i got there
I have an 01 gsxr 1k. I don't have the spring washer...
are you sure it's 3.8 quarts? the manual says 3.17
have you had any issues with the clutch cushion? I've got issues with mine it's very anarchy pulling off aswel as jerking at low speed town riding....
you need to change the wave washer and the first grip plate next to it items 9 & 12 from the dealer
Do all the Fiber plates go in the same Direction and the last fiber go back one from the rest? And do that washer go between the first fiber and first metal plate you put in? I really need some help
direction doesnt matter the stock clutch in the start of the video has straight cut lines, these were cut on an angle. that washer does go between the first fiber and first metal plate
