What Happened To Class of 3000?
Class of 3000 is an American animated musical television series created by André 3000 (best known as a member of the hip hop duo Outkast) for Cartoon Network. The series follows superstar and music teacher Sunny Bridges (voiced by 3000), who teaches a group of students at Atlanta, Georgia's Westley School of Performing Arts.

Man I wish this show ran longer. It was so good with its diverse cast and great music. It will live on as a classic in my mind. Idk how I would feel about this show coming back now. It feels like it was perfect for the mid 2000’s. The music would be so different now in order to attract the kids of this time.

I have a hunch that Class of 3000 will get a revival in the 2020's, now that it's in its time instead of ahead. CN still owns the right and Andre has stated that he'd be willing to do a reboot if CN contacted him.

I love how for Tom Kenny's Where Are They Now? he just shows a Spongebob screenshot and says "DUH" 💀 That man has done so many voices over the years but I guarantee that is the first role anyone thinks of when it comes to him

Jesus, there are sooo many shows that copies from each other! I still think this show keeps its originality in many many ways. I really think it contributed to my development as a child. The same would an adult show with a lack of fantasy and a childs view of the world not have done. All in all is this cartoon very current I would say. So Could I as a child watch this “similar” show (that was never made) equally as Class of 3000? I think not!

This is so freaking awesome, I was to young when this show came out, but I remember some bits and pieces. Growing up in Atlanta it was so cool to see everyday locations in a show. It perfectly captured the spirit of our city and its people :D

I was in a small middle school band ~10 people so this show appealed to me on a personal level
The way I remember Class of 3000, it made me feel like I was on LSD or something, but in a good way. The show's theme song and unique main art style (as well as how colorful it is) have always stuck with me and yet I haven't watched it in years! But confession time, for some reason I always thought the show took place in the 70s lmaooo

Even though Class of 3000 got canceled due to the lawsuit. If Andre 3000 was gonna bring back the show and make more episodes. He will need to pay royalty.

This show led me directly to Outkast and as such I'm forEVER grateful, especially because I loved how unique each kid was. I would have never even /tried/ music if not for this show. Unfortunately I remain tone deaf ;) but this show was absolutely the one driving force to get me to even try music. I'm thankful forever
I'd also like to add just how much I LOVED the diversity as a seven to eight year old child??? I appreciated it even back then. There was something so realistic about it!!

Its ending is unfortunate but appropriate. Oh well there is a lot of things in life that are disappointing. at least it did happen.

I feel like some shows Nickelodeon has produced in recent years (such as Bunsen is a Beast) are trying to recapture the atmosphere of The Mighty B. From what I remember the show was...alright. I think the main character (forgot her name but I'm sure it starts with a B LMAO) was kind of annoying though.

@@KaylaTheKindOne Because they completed the first season(s?) of the show right before Disney bought Lucasfilm. During that transition they axed a lot of projects. That's why Season 7 of Clone Wars was already mostly finished but didn't air until it was renewed years later by Disney.
Is lame about the cartoon are stopped in 2 season what i hear are about to continue until in season 5 or 7 i think
