Music helps alot break the brain entrainment, dont react, just become more friendlier and start approaching perps in a kind manner. When they moved in above me, Id knock on there door asking them if my music was to loud, if so just let me know Id say. One lady freaked out on me and said, jeeze Id never suspect you to approach me. Music helps alot break the brain entrainment, dont react, just become more friendlier and start approaching perps in a kind manner. When they moved in above me, Id knock on there door asking them if my music was to loud, if so just let me know Id say. One lady freaked out on me and said, jeeze Id never suspect you to approach me. The program ramps up at times and ramps down. Theres not much you can do, but you have to ask yourself what is it you want, how do you want to live, why give so much energy into things you have no control over. I have a friend that isnt stalked, and he's far more miserable than I am, its affecting his family and he chooses to not find a better way to think, always negative, always fighting with the lady and her kids and chooses to not find a better way. Life is what you make of it, living better requires motivation and planning to escape a bad job, or a bad situtation sometimes. Find what would make you happy, hobbies, nature, anything to raise your mind and spirit.
