i have a counselor , i started last week , once i signed my divorced papers it was two years , i blocked him and even his family , they understood do support me , hes remarried six months after , i dont allow anyone to mention him , so after two years no contact i was okay , him married i was so happy , my grown son came for visit , i look out the ex is up the road watching my house my son has been visiting all the while giving my passwords internet everything to him , i feel ill never be free ,

I am experiencing this gang stalking obsession right now and it has been almost TWO years of being stalked, and if you have experienced this then can you share with me how you escaped!? The narcissists' weird ways I believe are controlled via technology. I reflect about how the gang stalkers must really value my every move and insignificant sigh/ or misplaced items, etc, etc. I agree that the gang stalkers are low value creatures filled with self- hatred.... I will practice efforts of perseverance, strength and understanding and healing and growth, and any point of information can help lead the victory in truth and justice! I am thankful for the opportunity to learn and grow from this content, and yes let the gang stalking subject to be made aware!

They are extremely dangerous people and don't be hyperaware and hypervigilante or over reactive to their presence.
Just practice situational awareness and go about your business, the goal is to either distract you so that something bad can happen (like an accident where you hurt yourself or someone else) or to enrage you and get a negative response they can capture either for their own memory or on camera so they can share it, pass it on and show others. They'll relish the memory of your reaction and or continue with their smear and slander campaign to destabilize, discredit you. Trauma conditioning, they gain control of you through your emotions and reactions don't let them take it from you.
You are very fortunate then, some people are unable to get rid of the electronic harassment and other various forms of torture that are imposed on them. The victim might not be outright fully gangstalked every step of the way but they have a whole other battle to tend with and you never know what that's like until you have to live with it.
I'm glad the stalking ended for you, count yourself lucky in that regard, for the rest their suffering doesn't end when the electronic part is involved whether they actively stalked or not.@@2017_K___Booth
@@marcodarko6941 I’m better at controlling myself now but I’ve already had the situation where I’ve been setup to have an accident and hurt myself. The narc claimed I said that I could ski better than him, weather or not I really said that is it a reason to set someone up where they will get hurt physically and then have someone else there to witness it so they could both laugh at me. I don’t think it’s justified and it’s not the first time. So yeah they are dangerous people and not just to me.

I recently went through this in the workplace even the management was involved been challenging dealing with narcissist attacks perfect example how even educated folks lack the importance of narcissisim.
I have a group of activists cyber stalkers stalking my phone for every move I make and obsess about the things you look at online. They blame me for things which I didn’t do and so they gang together over my destruction, to them information is power and gossiping and slandering is their sword. Best thing to do is ignore them, live the best life you can and then they will go to haunt someone else.

I'm currently dealing the BS right now. It's almost a 1 1/2 years I've been dealing with these creeps. They started a smear campaign and constantly hangs around the house. They even have the upstairs neighbors trying harassing tactics. They are sick and I know who is behind it. They are jealous of me and hate themselves. I lost my job behind the bs they did to me. The sad and weird thing is that, in some cases these gangstalkers can be given tangible items by others regularly. They, however, turn around and resent, envy, stalk somebody who is not regularly given possessions and works for the things they have.

I was gang stalked at two consecutive jobs that were not great jobs. I walked out of both and walked into a job that paid nearly double of the second toxic situation. I worked hard at that job for 10 months and just got a new outside sales job that literally pays more than double of the second job I worked out of for a fortune 50 company with unlimited opportunirt. I guarantee they are all doing exactly what they were a year ago. God rewards the chosen and they damn well know it which is why they despise us.

I've been stalked since 2001. That's a long time to sift through the info that's out there now. It started with styrofoam cups upside down in the middle of our front yard and porch soon after 9/11, to the full-blown operation they have unleashed through today in 2023. As I'm typing this a small airplane just went over our roof and way too low by any standards. This is everyday all the time. And, no we don't live near an airport - just a normal suburb in America. My dad flew 32 missions over Germany in a B-24 and brought the crew back alive from every flight. I love our country, but I don't trust our government at all; which of course makes me a Target. I'm convinced I was supposed to commit suicide by now, so they are mad as hell. I came right out and asked a person who told me he worked "in the mountain (NORAD) in the satellite division" (Colorado Springs, CO) if "they" could see us sitting in his living room as we were talking one day - he said, without any hesitation, "yes, if they want to, they can." That was 17 years ago, folks. This whole game is orchestrated by military/government satellites. Forget about implanted chips and all of that; they can see right through buildings from space and from aircraft. They can stick a laser beam on anyone and it can be tracked through walls. So, we have a situation where in real time, 24/7/365, they can see us, listen to us, and see exactly what we are viewing on the internet or streaming TV. They own every moment of our lives by using their tech toys. I have faked going to the front door and reaching for the knob as if I was leaving and had a helicopter fly over the house right at that moment so many times I've lost count. It's fun to play with them that way. Look up SAR and also search "through-wall surveillance." This is all done with different types of RADAR. They are using wi-fi in our homes and neighborhoods to see us like fish in a fish bowl (5G now). We live in an electromagnetic soup that enables them to see our toes move at night. If you think searching for "gangstalking" info is a rabbit hole, try "through-the-wall surveillance" and see what you have been missing. Every city has a mesh system allowing cops and first responders to see through buildings from a satellite feed, in the name of "safety". I suppose the ones they allow to do this are ex-military and have active clearance (Top Secret, TTS, etc.) - not hard to find in the government sector. Cisco has the technology which has been purchased and deployed worldwide for decades. My high school friend in another state ended up dying from 2 seizures in the back of a cop car after being stalked to the point that he lost it. He was trying to tell anyone who would listen that they could see him through the walls of his home from the small airplanes that kept coming down over his roof. He was a family law attorney and who knows who he crossed. Nobody believed him and he ended up dead, leaving his wife and two sons behind. Don't let them do it to YOU! I started writing a book and decided that it's mostly all been said before, at this point. The satellite people speak directly with law enforcement on the ground and in the air, and they communicate with the neighborhoods and handlers real time according to what they see through your walls. Don't react at all - it only feeds their addiction.

I dont know who to go to or what to do but I have been a victim of targeted harassment because I spoke out against injustices by the local PD and I am getting ran out of good jobs, being surveilled everywhere I go! I am not crazy bro! And my neighbors are doing something cause last night I heard hed say " how is he still alive we have it turned all the way up" and I later found out they are using a literal heart attack sonic weapon on me! My name is Drew, I live in hallandale beach and these people always find ways to sabotage every good paying job ive had ( i think they pay off my bosses to fire me) to the point I now work minimum wage job at dollar tree. I almost got killed by hallandale beach police because they thought me pulling out a vape from my pocket was gonna be a gun, happened to me like 5 times last month! All of them plainclothes detective and they follow me to work and then the cops special investigation division always manages to follow me to every job. There was an attempt by these perps to use the medical system and entrap me, they had a machine that read my every thought and one guy was reading mt mind out loud, and they were even like " oh hes looking back at me, what do I do? He f@cking looking over here what do I do? (This was in the waiting lobby of aventura hospital. One POS cop called out to me calling me a pedophile when I was the one who found out these people protect and work for pedophiles so they target you when you know) and everyone in the room was acting like they were in on it, its called street theatre, but bro this is serious, I left the lobby and they acted surprised and then started to say "they killed the wrong guy its ,(pointing to me)him they're after" and the cop rushes outside and follows me for a bit before he broke the tail. Another victim here. It’s been a living hell. At this point I literally just have to ignore them. There’s no help. The cops are afflicted too so they don’t care. They attack in flocks in public places. I’ve been cornered in a bathroom stall twice now by people I don’t even know. They look in my windows at night, follow me in their cars, come into my business. Recently they’ve begun taking obvious pictures and videos of me…no clue what they’re doing with them.

They want people to learn relaxation techniques like breathing exercises. the purpose of this is for you to learn how to get rid of your anxiety and fears without running to substances or other unhealthy coping mechanisms. Plain and simple that is what it is. Mainly try to slow down your breath and ignore the things that have happened to you in the environment.
Let's be real and not so cryptic about this because that scares people even more especially when it comes to some invisible omnipotent never ending thing. Just learn how to breath and calm your anxiety. No one is in trouble. I hope someone hears this and tries and see that that is what you should do.

Everywhere I go, it doesn't matter what time it is, either a firetruck or ambulance is close by with sirens on. Shortly after they pass me they shut there sirens off. Feels like everyone in my community is mocking me, and they think I'm a big joke. From the police, fire department and first responders. They know where I'm at at all times.
