@@AlmostSavannah I would first figure out if the issue is your machine or the font. Try rethreading, change the needle, etc. Second, embroider the font at the exact size it was digitized. If you still have en issue, it might just be a poorly digitized font. I like to digitize my own fonts for this reason, but there are a ton of really great reputable digitizers out there. ☺️

the software work with Mac? Im kind of a beginner and then switch a desktop to a Mac and none of embroidery software works with a Mac.

Hi there, with StitchArtist Level 1, are you able to import BX fonts? I read somewhere that you couldn't!
Yes you can! I think you can even import BX fonts in the free version.
