    Use some chalk to draw a line from your tyre onto the floor. Then roll your scoot forward until the chalk is perpendicular to the floor again and draw a second line onto the floor. Now use a tape measure to measure the distance between the two chalk marks on the floor.

    I agree, the Stage6 system is a bit better than Polini, but it's a shame you put a Top Performance TPR Membrane on it. It has now been proven in several places that membranes with 2 large surfaces in total atomize better in the top area,
    Remember that it is very difficult to notice the difference between two tuning membranes, especially when you have two types as in your video..
    A little advice that I know works, make sure you use 0.30mm carbon membrane plates, also cut a defective membrane plate over so that half is as big as before, and mount it on top of your membrane plates that wiggle. you do this on both sides, about 1cm
    This means that your membrane plates open and close much, much faster and, not least, every time the plates close, they close 100% tightly ALL THE TIME, and the atomization is much better. I myself use this method on my Yamaha Aerox with a membrane similar to the one you use in the video.

Variator. Leave front pully alone. Kevlar belt. Leo vince zx exhaust baffles removed and exhaust head drilled open. Larger rear spring/shock to accommodate the larger diameter rear tire with a Michelin bopper tire. This adds another 5mph top end. Dif temp ngk spark plug. Coming from someone that had both engines, the Minarelli Horizontal AC one on my F12 and the Minarelli Horizontal LC on my Aerox it really depends what you want to use the engine for. If you want to tune it a bit to wheelie it easier I'd suggest going for the AC one and putting a cast iron 70cc on it. If you want to drive longer distances and like to put the throttle down for longer I'd suggest the LC one. LC engine overall handles more HP a bit better but I had a DR70 on my F12 for wheelies with a 17,5 carb and sito+ and that still ripped for quite some time. Hope that helps:)

They put a lot of restrictions on ''heavy'' polluters and 2 stroke scooters are one of them so scooter shops pretty much only sell 4 stroke injection & electric ones nowadays. It's a shame but luckily a lot of people still try to keep them alive lol. I've also owned 3 2 stroke Piaggio Zip scooters, 2 air cooled ones and 1 original SP which is LC but in the end I've enjoyed working on the Minarelli engines the most. Performance stock is a little dull.
      It gets to 100km/h with some carby , Exhaust and Transmission mods but disent look anywhere as responsive as what you have. It's quite dull.
      I'd love to find someone here that could help me build it. I've bought the 120cc stroker kit and a heap of Malaysia parts.

    • @ohZirox
      @ohZirox Před rokem

      @@independentassesor2630 The 100cc engines are the one with the drum brake in the back right? I know some people that import the 100cc's from Germany because they were more popular over there. To be honest most people only use the 100cc Aerox's for the frame so they can ride around with a motorcycle licence plate instead of a 50cc moped plate. From my experience the 100cc engines aren't nearly as good as their 50cc counterpart. A lot less parts available and even after putting a lot of aftermarket parts on it it still isn't as snappy or fast as a 50cc engine modified to 70cc. If you have the option I would 100% invest in a 50cc LC Aerox engine with a disc brake in the back. A lot more tuning potential and a lot more parts available too. If I'm correct you can also mount the engine without too much hassle, I think you only need a different subframe and loom for it to work, you might even be able to modify the 100cc loom to work with the 50cc engine but to be honest I would save the 100cc engine & loom so you can always switch back if you want. I hope this answers your questions man otherwise let me know:)
