To effectively perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting, follow these steps:
    1. Gather information about the equipment and its operation.
    2. Understand the malfunction and identify parameters to evaluate.
    3. Identify the source of the problem and correct/repair the component.
    4. Verify the repair and perform root cause analysis.
    5. Check for common electrical faults like bad capacitors or seized motors.
    6. Use troubleshooting techniques like analyzing circuit behavior and reading circuit diagrams.
    7. Remember that completing the electrical circuit is essential for it to function properly.

I have got to the stage of isolating the circuit but I have had two different electricians in that cannot diagnose the problem. They know the faulty circuit but they don’t know why it is tripping the fuse.
It only happens when it rains heavily.
