    So from my heavy use of this platform, Ive landed on the B5 systems grip. It does one thing that no other grip Ive used does, and that is that the height of the beaver tail brings the hand down so that your trigger finger is in a straight line to the trigger when web of your hand is choked all the way into it. Combine the grip angle, aggressive texturing and price, I dont think there is better grip. For context, I wear a size large glove and I like to run my stock as collapsed as possible, which necessitates the steep grip angle. For usually 20 bucks or less, I dont think it can be beat IMO

    I have been in the Reptilia camp for awhile now. I recently switched out for the Die Free Co for my 10.5 and I like the angle and the grip size. Especially since I don't run it with the stock/brace fully extended I tried the Hogue 15 degree but it was just too narrow for me but it is quite vertical. Maybe for people up north who wear gloves more often would find its narrowness comfortable, down in florida though I am not wearing gloves. I still keep the Reptilia on my 16 inch though, its extra width works well for the longer upper.... But as long as it isn't an A2 its workable.

    Driven Arms Co CZ Shadow 2 Grip Adapter is EASILY the best grip for the AR for 1 simple reason: Modularity. The ergonomics of CZ’s pistol grips are already legendary on their own, but add to that the fact that you have seemingly infinite number of color, texture, material, and profile options on offer from the numerous companies providing aftermarket support for the Shadow 2, and the answer to which AR pistol grip is best becomes pretty glaringly obvious, imho.

    • @archangelconcepts5508
      @archangelconcepts5508  Před 8 měsíci

      I have to respectfully disagree. Your muzzle has nothing to do with your pistol grip but your support hand drives and controls the muzzle. @@archangelconcepts5508 thanks for the info..hard for anything to beat out the DieFreeCo grip me anyway. I have a few of the early runs that Ivan over at Kit Badger was selling. I believe they were originally called the Stoner Grip. It was basically the same but had removable grip tape panels rather than the texture thats on the new KungFu....and was alot more expensive lol

    What would you guys say is the most similar to the Sig Grip? I had one that came with my Snakebite SE and loved it. My only complaint is that it was not long enough as I have pretty meaty palms. I am looking for something that is extremely similar to the Sigs ergonomics yet just a bit longer.

    The problem with the A2 isn't the grip angle. Its the design/shape. Take that grip angle, make the grip thicker and contoured, with a beavertail and aggressive texture. Suddenly the angle doesn't matter. Dont believe me? Try an A-Peg from LaRue Tactical. Everybody wants a straight grip till they load their AR to 9lbs with shit all over the front, then they realize the leverage to keep the nose up is shit. Your firing hand isnt meant to support the gun. Its meant to pull trigger. As soon as you lose your support hand (to a reload or even injury) and you try to keep the gun up, you'll wish you had a more angled grip. Trust me

  • @DavArroyo7242

    Incorrect, your wrist it’s at it’s strongest at a slight bend downward, the grip angle on an AR was never a problem until long foot patrols during the GWOT while carrying a rifle at a low ready. Asked any boxer or MMA fighter about punching with a straight wrist!!! The A2 angle causes extreme fatigue to the wrist, after extended periods of time, therefore everyone clamored and got the “k” type angles on grips, absolutely nothing wrong with the A2 angle unless ur walking 12hrs with 80lbs of crap in 130 degree heat…..

      @@archangelconcepts5508 with how the Juliet is set up on your duty rifle with the FTC mounted all the way to the rear, do you still have to move your head forward for an appropriate sight picture or is it largely the same head position when shooting dot only?

      Right! Obviously this is a very subjective review. However, I'm of the belief that while hand size can vary drastically, the way a human hand forms around something to grip is basically the same so, though admittedly subjective to my personal opinions and hand, hopefully people find this review useful in making their own decisions and not have to spend a crap ton of money finding what's best for them.
