I love your curly hair and Iâm actually going through that same phase now. However, I am considering cutting my hair and start this new journey as you suggested. Less straightening out my hair and more on the rocking my natural curl out. Iâm definitely applying more leave in conditioner and styling my hair to knot less braids. Sameeee girl. I'm mixed and i had a few crushes on white boys in highschool, (mom thought it was a good idea to put me in an all white school) they always swerved me for Jenna or Brooke lol. Now those same white boys are in my dms, but I prefer chocolate now. :P

Braces changed my face structure toođ my face got shorter and my cheeks got chubbier đ Idky but I like it because my face is more symmetrical now
I think the puberty thing is real cuz i distinctly remember having no curls at all as a kid (like 4c coils) and now my hair is like 4a.
I was starting to think I was crazy for a minute! lol
Black and mixed race babies always end up having straight hair when they are born and the curls come in later
