I need prayers. My son told me something last night that I had no idea of. So much has happened in the past 2 years including his dad leaving us for a “ new life”. Just as I’m healing from heartbreak, my son tells me things he’s been feeling. Lord help us. I feel so defeated but I will not stop letting go of GOD. I need Him more than ever
You are stronger than you think! Don’t let the lies of the enemy stop you from believing in God’s promises. Your son is healed in the name of Jesus! I speak peace, strength, and life over the both of you. You will get your joy back! Declare It! Ask God to reveal his presence throughout your day. Please hang in there. The scripture says, “God is not a man that He should lie. Has He ever spoken and failed to act? Has He ever promised and not carried it through?” God has never failed in the past, and He’s not going to start with you. Stay in faith and stay open. It may not happen your way or on your timetable, but God is true to His word. When you’re constantly saying, “God, You promised,” that’s what allows Him to bring promises to pass.

I asked about baptism because Jesus wants everyone to be born again of water AND spirit- John 3:3-7
I asked about HOW you were baptized because Jesus requires it to be in His name - Luke 24:47 Peter preached it- Acts 2: 38-41, and the apostles only baptized in Jesus name, where the Bible records the method. Acts 2, Acts 8, Acts 10, Acts 19.
Ivy, there IS NO OTHER Jesus! There is only the word of God made flesh, the only begotten of the Father, who came unto His own, but they received Him not. Now, there ARE false Christs, which we are warned about.
Tongues are an unknown language that people speak BY THE SPIRIT of God, when they are baptized by the Holy Ghost.- Acts 2:4, Acts 2:1-6, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 11:1-18, Acts 19:1-6. 1 Corinthians
They are unknown to the one speaking- 1 Corinthians 14:2, 4, 6, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18-19, 21-22, 27. Paul also call them tongues of men and of angels.
Jews/Gentiles Scripture is very clear here, Ivy:

Please pray for me and my children. 2 out of 3 of my children are autistic. The stress of every day life has caused me to turn to alcohol and I'm completely miserable and not wanting my life anymore. I am deteriorating and my kids deserve a happy and healthy mom.

We are in a great spiritual battle. Satan wants to distract us from God. Thank you Joyce for reminding us not to give in to this temptation which really just comes from the devil. Just keep focusing on God. Sometimes when I am so tired I just can't concentrate on God I just turn on some praise and worship music and I will get caught up in praising God and forget about my problems and before I know it I am just loving and thanking Jesus. Joyce Meyer you always have the right word to get us back on track with the Lord.

I was going through confusing situation in my life until I’ve just listened to this message today; God wants me to just trust him even I don’t understand anything on the way I am going now. God is the only one who knows what to do. Faith is the keyword in my journey with Jesus-Christ. Jesus tellsJairus to keep faith. Jesus does not talk to the crowd; he just talks to Jairus. Another point is that the way Jesus sees Jairus’s daughter is different from what the people gathered in Jairus house do. For Jesus, Jairus’s daughter is sleeping, but for others she is dead. That’s how we loose faith because of what we see and hear instead of trusting what God says to us. This message came to me at the right time. Pray for our family, I have a brother battling cancer, thank God he hangs onto God, after chemo he was told cancer came back but we believe in a mighty God that can heal, pray 4 David!!...
Also, praing 4 my adult children to return to serving God...reconciliation...and I have many nephews and neices battling addictions...pray for our family...Ramonas Legacy that we call upon God to break generational curses and that they can see that God loves them...and they may have a personal encounter w the mighty one, God and see his promises are true!
