40 g of sifted cornstarch

I made it and it was bland so I made a fruit compote to put on top. It was dense texture. I prefer more light and fluffy. You get better results when you separate the egg yolks and make meringue with the egg whites, then combine and bake

I added vanilla, stevia and mixed berries. It turned out delicious. You can also use flavoured yoghurt.
