I'm a chef de cuisine of my own creation does that count? Although my husband technically owns the business and manages money cause unlike me he can do that. I am very mentally unstable. Unfortunately restaurants in Sims 2 aren't as profitable as they are in the real world.

And how do you sleep on community lot? Or is it putting grocery thing on residential lot? I thought you couldn't do either of those things.
That resignation rate is insane though, never had that myself they usually give me ample time to update their wages and give them breaks and never build talent and lose motives that fast.
Walmart do be chaotic like that though, actually maybe even more chaotic than a business can be in Sims 2.
