Riding for 32 years, on average have 3 bikes in the garage at any given time. Have bikes much more powerful than the Diversion. And yet...The Diversion has always been the no hassle fun bike. Super easy to ride and maintain with nice performance. The Diversion has always been just that...a motorcycle. No nonsense.
I just bought a XJ600 diversion. I need to change the headlight and I will make some minor changes. This bike is my first big bike. All I've ever ridden was 160cc top. I'm going slow and steady, respecting the bike, the road and myself. Once in a while I take some speed. But not above 120km/h. I'm still very afraid... Like I said: I want to respect the bike.
Haha, i also respect the bike. Truly, this motorcycle goes tops 160KM/u very slow bike but very fun to drive and light. The maintenance is very easy, not to much eletronics.

how do you like the bike in corners? jut test drove one and bought it today but it felt like it DID NOT WANT to drive into curves very hard and weird maybe front tire is hard
Damn.. that bike handles better at high speeds than you give it credit for! You could have done so much better! But.. a bike on a track with cars would be really freaky at times. On straightaways, though... that bike will top out at 125ish, and you may not hit it on a track, but it's geared so low that the acceleration might make up for it at times. Either way, damn.. that had to be fun!
just got one of these, dude failed to mention the clutch slips above 5000 so i cant truly unleash my baby yet :",0 at least its only a few hundred bucks for new clutch pack and springs....
This is just terrifying to watch... I just keep expecting a Porsche or Lotus to come screaming toward a blind apex at a full race pace while you are carefully feeling your way along. Am not criticizing your riding because it was your first lap, just very scary to watch thinking how fast a properly quick driver could close up behind you.
It wasnt that terrifiing, if You Just look closely in your mirrors you can anticipate the faster riders. And it wasnt the first lap on the nordschleife, i done 30-ish Laps with the car

I have a 92. Damn right that bike is quick. Never Knew till I had one.
It was a blast! It handles pretty good, the suspension and wheels were all good so it was a reliable comby

"unleash" haha. Diversions are quite nimble, but it lacks in the power department
