13:24 is your cadio thoracic ratio from what I am assuming. The best person to ask such questions is your doctor. Please try not to find health related answers on the internet. It may not be a good idea.
@@youtubeaccount5116 CTR stands for caridothoracic ratio. I made this video ages ago czcams.com/video/lrxBeKouTWo/video.html which will help you understand cardiothoracic ratio. Please note since heart is continuously beating (it is changing in size slightly every time it beats) it is not possible to say the cardiothoracic ratio measured on Chest x-ray is 100% correct. And that is why your doctor will actually see the x-ray, will use other information , your history, blood tests, ECG, BP etc to judge if there is something wrong or not. Do not trust the internet to diagnose yourself.
