Jaclyn used Kathleens colourpop colabs many times in her videos and mentioned her when she was a smaller channel. I got my refund for her products without ever asking? It was automatically in my bank account.

It's so overpriced for a brand like hers with her history, for reference the becca quad is 44$ and the ABH quad is 40$ and hers is 49$, like stop it, she is not ABH nor Becca in my opinion ! And her PR package is so wasteful like the last one, a lot of people told her that, but apparently she doesn't listen...
And the big loose highlights were $39 and the small ones were $24???? I just don't get it!!!
Why don’t you try the product first before you compare her to other brands👀 if you watched her video she went to Italy to have her flash pallets made because they do the formula differently. So yes they are different.
I think it has to do to the fact they’re are made in Italy. They have new technology in makeup. I’ve heard Lilit from Elcie Costmetics talk about it on her channel which I trust her 100%.

I really really really wish you had given your opinion on the price of everything. Personally I feel like it’s too expensive and there are many alternatives that give you the same result...
Emily Salinas I honestly don’t own any high end highlighters... I think my most expensive one is Revlon Skin Lights (honestly bought it because the stamped pattern looks like dragon scales) and it was $11.99 at Walgreens. I just feel like drug store highlighters are just as good (sometimes better) as high end, at least for me. And I wear highlighter a lot... I pretty much only wear eyeshadow, highlighter, mascara, and liquid lipstick - mostly just eyeshadow though.

And isn’t that the point of makeup? I don’t go into Sephora and buy every single product I see. Ever person has every right to make a conscious decision on what makeup to buy. If you like drugstore highlight go for it. People are also paying for a name here just like Kylie, just like Jeffree, just like Fenty, etc etc.
Sometimes I feel Kathleen isn't always honest, I have watched her say something it's beautiful but too expensive and maybe she wouldn't buy it again or sometimes she would buy again when she actually bought it, but when it's a friend or a colleague she's so vague... and I want all her thoughts to decide
I personally think $24 for a single is a good price......j* and manny's highlighters cost more than that, as do many high end brands. The large one's are $32 but that's more of a glowy powder which most high end one's cost $40+. And the other is a lux highlighter palette so of course it's gonna cost more. You can get a similar effect from the drugstore with pretty much any high end makeup product, not just highlighters. It's just your choice of it's worth it for you or not.

wet n wild loose highlighters are literally bomb and like $6 and even there pressed ones. I could never spend that much on her highlighters after what happened :/ like let us test your product first again before charging me hella just for it maybe to be a flop and having to weight ages for a refund if it is.

You know what? Watching it close tho, they gave you a lot of texture 🤔 they look hella cool and pretty somewhat but they gave tu a lot of texture and your skin usually looks crazy flawless

There’s no wow factor. There’s nothing innovative about this. Especially with the price point. You can get bomb ass loose highlight from wet n wild (drug store price range) nars, ABH, and even cover FX that cost less then hers. Her brand has no credibility to be priced at what it is. Take into consideration how this line reflects Becca and Fenty. As a consumer this is a hard pass for me.
Agreed. My wet n wild highlight is far superior than my Becca highlighter of hers. And literally only $4 it’s amazing! Her products just look like a mix of Becca and fenty, not anything crazy wow and special. I just think there’s a lot better options that are more deserving of my coin.

Artist Couture by Mac Daddy makes bombass loose highlighters with a ton of shades and even has similar shades to the ones Jaclyn's releasing. They're blinding and make your skin look wet 💕💕 Plus I love supporting LGBT makeup artists

Dude, she’s got the same issues as last time. The loose products have the same batch code bullshit. Same batch code for different shades which is impossible. Also the fact that no one seems to be able to find an ingredient list? She’s just claiming that there’s Mica and won’t say what else, just like with the lipsticks she said there was avocado butter or oil in the lipsticks in the reveal video when in reality it was mango butter. The fact that she’s got the same batch codes across different shades means that they’re produced in the same place as the lips ticks because that is NOT industry standard. I wish you’d have looked into these a little more.

The larger setting powder looking highlights are basically a copy of the Lancôme Absolue powders. Jaclyn literally made the shade Absolute Peche famous and then copied it, down to the packaging.

Sonya Ethel Not true, there are plenty of highlighters that don’t accentuate texture. Colourpop, ELF, Essence, J. Cat, and many other brands have some, and for much less. In fact, Wet n Wild has a loose highlighter that doesn’t look super texture and it’s less than $5.
The highlights are gorgeous.. but I feel like when you look straight at the camera it made your cheek look grey and ashy. Maybe I’m seeing things lol
That's generally what happens when people put on too much highlighter especially on the bronzer base, so the base is not the skin colour, but darker.

@@kimberlywells8386 that could be it but even when she started with the powder her skin started looking textured and the more she put on worse it gets. That's why I said "I dnt know" cause I am not sold but it could be just the heavy application.
She also states in the video to forgive how her skin looks because of a primer she tried that she hated and she was trying a very dewy foundation. So who knows if it was the highlighters causing the texture issue or the other products.
