Sir, my lemon plant has very less leaves. What shall l add in the pot.
Try to prune branches and feed organic compost and rake the soil around to mix the feed properly.
Look closely for scale type insects sticking on the branches and remove if any.
If in a pot and is root bound, then removing from the pot and replacing old soil with new soil+compost+bone meal mix could help as well
