It was incredible how he could consistently win the league with fairly ordinary squads. If I remember correctly Utd in 2010-2013 had only 2 star players: Van Persie and Rooney, the rest was either too young or too old. The same thing happened in 2003-2006 when Roy Keane, Beckham left and C Ronaldo was still a dickhead.

In the modern game Klopp is one of the only managers willing to build a club from the ground up, unite the fanbase, develop a lot of youth players for the future while building a team for the present. The similarities are obvious and even ex-United players have started to make comparisons. SAF is the greatest, nobody's saying anything different, but anyone can see Klopp is a once in a lifetime coach, who has transformed the club from top to bottom. Ferguson has big respect for him too, and has said so.
