Actually the way to find cement in 1m cube
First we add ratio 1+1.5+3=5.5
Divide 1/5.5= 0.1818181818181
And multiply 1.54× 0.181818=0.28
After that multiple unit weight of cement=1440
0.28×1440= 403.2 kg/m cube
And 8.064 bags cement

For M20 Grade = 1:1.5:3
Column Dimension = 0.25*0.5*3 = 0.375
For 3 columns = 3*0.375=1.125m3
Dry Volume = 1.54*1.125=1.7325m3
Cement = 1*1.7325/5.5 = 0.315m3
Cement = 0.315*1440/50 = 9.072 bags = 9 bags...
for three columns of grade M20 no of cement bags = 9 bags

2. What if the temperature is high or very low like Kashmir ?
3. What if concrete fails in NDT ?
4. What if Vibrator got damaged / electricity goes blackout ?
5. What if Vibrator needle used is not the required dia, what if labour uses execss vibrator ?
6. What if concrete has lumps, reason...can we reject the TM or we can use it ?
7. What if you're casting during rain, precautions...in terms of quality and safety ?
8. What if concrete received is segregating ..how will you counter it as the pouring must continue?
9. What if the compacted surface is not acceptable as per the norms (95%), and the location is congested, even the plate vibrator can't reach ?
10. What if concrete has passed it's 3hr duration ?
