      He got his king too passive in g7, shall stay in e7, not giving up pawn d6. I am not GM, and even did not count, just from the first glance

      @@IncredibleChess I see your point, I just want to say that GM can not do such simple mistakes. I see he played this way because he forgot about f7 and d6 pawns automatically. If there was no f7 pawn it would be correct way to play even betraying d6 pawn. Nodirbek played very confidently, and as a secret I tell you: Bibisara Assaubayeva became chess women blitz champion because she was impressed by Nodirbek's result in rapid...both then kids are from Central Asia countries and know each other well. Kids sometimes contest in so funny ways...by the way, I was giving some phsycological advises to Kazak player and know well what you tell.
