She looks the same to me just way older,I mean when you have access to the top spa facial treatments you’re gonna look good asf, I’m sure she gets non surgical treatments because she does not look like she’s had surgery, Botox, believable, but not surgery. She’s always had the same nose and face shape, i think she just looks like the younger Kim again because she lost a lot of weight.
