The liberals have financially supported what they call the "trusted media'.The Trudeau liberals have an agenda and do not like it when independent media is critical of the liberal agenda. When truckers went to Ottawa to protest against the government's pandemic mask mandates, vaccine mandates, and store /restaurant forced closures. The Trudeau government said unvaccinated truckers could not work. The protest was essentially peaceful but the Liberals via their paid media started demonizing the
truckers. Then Trudeau enacted the Emergencies Act which was formerly the Canadian War Measures Act to enable the Canadian government powers it would not normally have. Trudeau used those powers to seize any donations the Truckers had received from both Canadians and other world countries' citizens. He then froze the personal bank accounts of all protesting truckers. Then organized a huge police presence to force the truckers out of Ottawa.
