If you walk forward while mashing parry you will do another parry faster and it will catch delayed focus attacks

during the key topics clip how come the parry loses to the spear focus attack? it doesnt seem like parry was early to me
New to Naraka and having decided the spear is the weapon I do best with I came here to learn spear tech lol found out I’m already doing it (this explains why after only 2 weeks of the game I’m already running through ranked matches with ease) I’m a happy camper 😊
spear is actually way better than shown in this video. i made this when spear first came out. theres some pretty insane combos nowadays
You can cancel dragon thrust spinning first hit to cr. Vertitcal attack to launch. then do the Launcher combo. I think it was Launch -> horizontal to lift them higher-> Veritcal to slam back down.
Also, the MOST damage you can ever do. is on counter.
Dont use the counter attack from counter. instead. charge a dragon thrust :) and from there .dragon thrust -> x1 hit spin cancel -> launch -> Jump horizontal/veritcal.
If you have an ability. after launch -> jump -> horizontal. you can usee it here to extend. like with yotohime or the water ball girl.

@@AggressiveSushi ya maybe ill make a YT short of this combo/setup. spear is actually really nuts. tbh its best used as a spacing tool. it has one of the FARTHEST charge -> dodge cancel ranges. so its really good to just. look away from opponent. charge to dodge cancel. then poke. really great at footsies. but hard to use.

Also I have noticed the range is ridiculous, sometimes I just charge it and let it fly behind my camera view 🤣 and still connect with it.

I can't even count how many times I died because of that effin' Dragonthrust into Nezha combo. I can't do jacksh!t if I get hit by that and the damage is INSANE.

Wish there was a dueling mode. Bloodbath is great but I feel like I'm not getting the fine tuning I need since it can become hectic.

not gonna lie i was a Greatsword spin to win abuser until i watched this video and played a few matches with the spear and realized that this weapon is the better spin to win weapon

Yep, dragonslayer is pretty much a one trick. Find ways to mix up and this move is your bread and butter. Happy 1 year btw

They made it so if you clash multiple time you an get a tier 3 fully charged horizontal But instead of the dragon move I use jump vertical on hard knock downs

Nah too lazy to make a new channel every time I play a new game. RL views are doing poorly and I'm probably going to completely switch off eventually. I rather convert my channel to a variety competitive games channel
