That's what happens when you react to the Epik High lyrics. For me they are the best, there are so many great songs on their albums.
I'm so glad you reacted to this song! It's one of my favourites! The first time I listened to it I cried so much 😭 Tablo & Mithra Jin's rap is so emotional... Hyukoh's voice is one of the few that always gives me goosebumps.. This song is a masterpiece!
Epik High does such ballad raps and they are able to get so many amazing singers for the choruses on them. Younha, Lee Hi, IU, Crush, and so many others.
Epik High's songs are usually pretty straightforward in their meaning, but there is plenty of depth in the lyrics that can dig even more into the issue. Tablo especially has a way with words.
The Korean title for Home is Far Away would translate to "Empty Car". There is a metaphor for unfulfilled dreams being compared to missing a cab ride home. You can see them talking about having to walk and asking for a ride home several times throughout the song. It is also why they are all filmed separately and alone for the MV.
If you want another ballad rap song from them, my top recommendation would be "Gray So Gray" which is the title track off the album they released in February. If you want something else, I would suggest "Face ID", "Born Hater", or "Super Rare".
Love Story that you hear at the end was with IU. They have a "concept" MV for it.
Tablo is a lyrical genius and he is widely known for it. The man's wordplay is insane and his lyrics never fail to make me emotional. Big apperciation for Mithra as well, no wonder the man was a poet before joining Epik High.
I always like good Epik High reaction, people often miss them somehow despite they're faves of their faves. Btw, seriously recommending their album Shoebox.
The featured singer Hyuk Oh is the lead singer of an indie band called Hyukoh, which is an amazing band. Their songs Comes and Goes, Jesus Lived in a Motel Room, and Ohio are some of my favorites. It's a very different style than you've reacted to so far but they really are phenomenal.
Oh yes ! Some of their songs are reaally great. I would add Leather Jacket to your list ;)

i wanted to thank you🙏 for reacting to Epik High! i know it's hard work for you, since the recording to the uploading, all the editing etc... There aren't as many Kpop fans into older groups and reactions to them, so you won't get as many views, but still we are few but we really appreciate it! i really wish you can continue reacting to less mainstream stuff once in a while, in between the big artists. I recommend HYUKOH's music too, i personally love them (the group) and the singer (OH HYUK) and his collabs. There are soooo many amazing Khiphop, Krock, Kindie.. artists out there 😊💕

Always enjoy when someone reacts to Epik High. They have so many good songs. That little clip of Love Story at the end features IU. Looking forward to more. Fallen Blossoms (lyric video by daechungpower is good) and Amor Fati (there's a "Fan-Made MV" on the OFFICIAL EPIK HIGH channel; don't let the "Fan-Made" scare you away) are among my faves, but Wannabe and High Technology are also super fun and you can see more of their "crackhead" side in those videos.

Hello! I would like to recommend Yanghwa Bridge by Zion T. its a beautifully written song. The lyrics are relatable and meaningful and the song itself is 🔥and I think you'll like it. it was very popular in S. Korea when it first came out a few years ago and plenty of artists have covered it and they even changed some of the lyrics so that the 'story' of the song would fit theirs. I feel like you'll have a great time interpreting the lyrics as well!
