The shifts are great considering it's an old single clutch automated manual gearbox.
I had assumed was DCT....... thx
I had realised wasn't dct.
F1 gearbox
Many of the fastest shifting, best quality gearboxes arent dual clutch.
@@JOSE7225 since when hahahaha. The clutch life isn’t that long and the shifts are very jerky low in the rev range for most F1 trannys (especially in aventadors). Not to mention the strain and stress put on it while launching.

I love the 599s especially the HGTE and GTO!!Just an observation I don't know if you know, but if you drive more in RACE, it saves the clutch more than the more comfortable modes!

It's amazing how similar it sounds to the recent Porsche GT3's, unlike F12 and 812. And I love it. Absolutely love the sound of both.(599 and GT3)

Well said man! This color blue is absolutely freakin gorgeous! I am so sick of people thinking ferraris need to be red, even the hyper cars like the La Ferrari and the F90 and the 812 super fast. Yes the red does look very nice and classic on those cars but especially the GT models like this and the 812 the Tour de France is by far the best color over anything else. There is a new color called “electrico blue” for the new Ferrari SF90 stradale hybrid that looks insane as well. Off topic a little; one small spec I have loved over recent years that Ferrari has done well is putting the led shift lights on the steering wheel. It looks so awesome and that’s where it should be instead of mixed in with all the other lights in the speedometer area.
Ferraris are red. Periodt.
