Perhaps this was actually a corporate teambuilding challenge from one of those startup training company's who arrange the office day out.
Based on the lack of Competency shown, one could guess they were all in Management

Just when I'd thought I had seen about everything imaginable at boat ramps, I see this with loading up the jet ski and then reversing it. I was afraid for that one guy that if the ski comes off and he gets his leg trapped between the trailer frame and the ski, he is getting a broken leg or worse. Thanks again for sharing this on what not to do!!
I just don’t understand how not one of the six guys standing there said “why don’t we turn the trailer around before loading the ski in the bed”…

They probably needed the trailer attached to the hitch for stability when loading into the bed. But the whole idea is just stupid. They've got to be tearing up the bottom of the vessel everytime they load and unload. And bouncing around in the bed while on the road can't be doing the hull any good, it'll probably crack before too long.

And the Aztec warrior driving the final ski onto the trailer was gunning it full throttle long after it was emerged out of the water. Maybe not too big of a deal, but still par for the course for this operation.

I’ve always been curious of pulling ski with my 350z....now I know! Hahah
I’d be pissed if I had to wait for that bunch if you don’t know how to back a trailer go to a empty lot and practice.
I doubt that will improve their skills.
350z blindspot is really bad. The back window is nearly useless with how high up it is, and with my height I can't see anything out the back window through the rear view mirror.
These people wouldn’t care. They’d rather inconvenience everyone else than themselves.

First thing that comes to mind with that jet ski crew, wouldn’t that ski hit the winch stand on the trailer when they unloaded it?
the trailer was unhooked when they unloaded the ski out of the truck bed.

I've been a truck driver for 17 years and it amazes me how many truck drivers can't back a trailer. That being said, short trailer react very quick and when the trailer is too short(height wise) and too narrow to see when you're pulling it you have no reference to how straight you are until you see it in your mirror, if you're looking at the correct mirror when it comes into view. Considering that I thought Fast and Furious did pretty good, I only saw him turn the wrong way once, he'd lose sight of it straighten out his wheels then probably be looking at the opposite mirror that it came in to view of so he would react too slow.
@@dustintunis9347 - Ya Dustin, in thinking about it more, you're probably right. With no visual cues it would be very difficult to react properly...
@@rona8663 Wasn't PVC pipe invented so you can put visual clues on your trailer? Plumbing was just a lucky secondary use, right?
@@dustintunis9347 I think he can not just back in straight down, it because the car is low and the trailer would drag so it was angled for that reason. Just like you don't just go straight up on a driveway with a trailer.

And my wife complaints about me having to wash and flush the skis. She thinks is to much work for every time you use it. Imagine if I needed six of my friends for all this....
You have to wash and flush the skis after every use? Is that an ocean thing?
@@thelastword4616 everything that you use in salt water should be rinse with fresh water and a salt eliminator/terminator preferably to flush the engines. I also lightly rinse the exterior of the engine let it dry and fog it up with oil sprays.
@@im6wh Ah, thanks. I only boat in fresh water so I should be fine. Had me worried I wasn't taking good care of my Ski for the past 2years. I only service mine once a year, but we only get to put about 20-30 hours on it every year.

Guessing that the back of that ski, being flat, let them tuck more of the weight of the ski closer to the cab of the truck. And perhaps less chance of bouncing a bit of the ski in the bed off of the one on the trailer from that point, as they haul it down the road.

Had a buddy years ago that had one of the stand up ski's. He'd load it in the bed of a truck, sink the truck bed, then drive aboard. Exhaust would be gurgling underwater. But that was fresh water at his dad's lake house boat ramp. So not blocking a public boat ramp either.

They could have saved so much time by just putting it on the trailer backwards from the start and then lifting it

Nothing like a good salt water bath for that jet ski pickup and Nissan Z...if you can afford a pwc cart for the garage you can have tandem trailer, what a cluster...I’m sure the bottom scratches of that pwc in the pickup will buff out LOL
My Yammy FX SVHO Limited is over 900 pounds with gas and gear. Those guys is nuts, but in better shape than me so more power to them ... lol

I use do that ski in the bed thing. I load it onto the trailer. With 2 or 3 people I slide it into the truck. Then go back and load the third onto the trailer. 😂🤷♂️

I started sailing when I was 15. At 21, broke with my buddies, we ABSOLUTELY did things the hardest way possible, because spending any more money than was "absolutely necessary" just wasn't going to happen lol. Plus, we can say all we want about these guys pushing a jetski into the bed of a Dodge Ram, but they're out there jet skiing with their ride-or-dies and I'm here commenting on CZcams videos in my kitchen.
If it is nice enough weather to jet ski, it is probably nice enough to PUT THE TOP DOWN SO YOU CAN SEE!

The ski will sit better in the box with the wide part closest to the cab. That’s the only thing I can think of. Entertaining regardless. I’m going to move to Miami and open a boat launching service. Just hang out there launching boats all day. Make millions and you will of course get your share.

The PWC that was in the back of the truck had VA numbers and VA plates on the trailer & truck. They are from out of town.

That Ram's payload rating is around 1,400 lbs. They have coil springs so they sag really bad. Same when towing a camper.
I just bought a tow hitch for my challenger 😂 see how it looks towing my jet ski & maybe my jet boat.

When I launch my jetski (single trailer) I have poles on the fender to help me guide the trailer. You really can't see squat. Same thing with my log splitter.
I figured they'd just drop the trailer back down and hit the brakes to slide it out of the bed! Then back down into the water and put it back in.. 1 and done! lol
The only thing I can think of is that if the ski was facing forward the winch tower might hit the ski on turns idk

First thing I do in my town when somebody is driving badly I look at their license plate.
I could maybe see doing this once or twice until they could get a double trailer, but not on a regular basis.
