It was only an outside chance and I didn't think it would ever possibly happen but.. I kinda wish they had added Marco next to Sasha at the end for Jean and Connie. Marco's death played about as much a part for the story of as many characters as Sasha's death did. It's a shame but it is to be expected.
I keep saying the same thing.. it feels so incomplete without Marco.. Marco himself might not be a major character but he played the biggest role in Jean's character development who is a major character

I get the feeling that in the scene where time passes (the 20,000 years), the TV version is animated in a 90's anime style, especially when it is transformed into a futuristic city, even the special effects like explosions, etc. I don't know if they did it on purpose and they regretted it and with the blueray they corrected it but it is a curious detail.
Now all that’s left after this spectacular blu-ray is manga 35!. It’s so crazy to think that manga 35 will officially be the end of new things for aot. But! It’s okay, because it went on for so long.

Why the fight animation is so good? Mappa borrowed Arifumi Imai from Wit. This Arifumi guy also animated Boros vs Saitama fight (One Punch Man season 1), Naruto Tailed best mode, and you can Google the rest. Yeah, he also worked Jujutsu Kaisen season 2. I do missed Sunghoo Park Gojo detailing though, but the fight scene with energy vibe is b@d@$$

If Mappa decided to make Attack on Titan: Before the Wall Anime, I like to watch. And Isayama make a sequal AOT with New Characters, but we all be excited.

Thanks to everyone animating the final season despite having a kind of disappointing ending. It's kind of amazing to see such cool changes for the Blu-ray. It would be great if the animators can get some good rest and move on to the next project.
@@yohaAltIt kinda does actually. Bright light will shine through flags and other stuff made of cloth, because there are tiny spaces between the fabric everywhere. You can see the effect yourself on a bright summer day

Blu-rays, to my knowledge, never include the original TV versions in their releases of anime. And good portion of animes on streaming sites tend to replace the original versions with the blu-ray versions. Pirate/free sites are more likely to have the original TV versions of anime, but they also replace with blu-ray versions from time to time.

Eren's always had clear goals, and he's always wanted the island to be safe, yet right at the end, he suddenly has no idea why he's doing the rumbling? How can Mikasa's memories be affected by the founding titan? Why does killing Zeke stop the rumbling if Ymir doesn't care about royal blood anymore? Why is Ymir suddenly interested in Mikasa as if it was built-up the whole time? Why does Eren fight his friends if he wants them to survive above all else? Historia becomes a wasted character, Mikasa never gets any development, Armin hardly strategises (Levi's the one theorising about how to kill Eren) and Annie's addition to the team is glossed-over in a slapstick scene. There's a lot of missed potential. Plenty of great moments in the finale, but there's a lot of problems with it.
I don't know who but somebody at Mappa must really really love that Titan smoke.

Yes! There are two Blu-Ray discs in side this volume set. And they are the special versions (with added visual changes), not episodic version.
