Prabhupad certainly gave no respect to those following the path of Advaita Vedanta( Mayavaddis) he was steeped in aversion misunderstanding and negativity and passed this down to his disciples. its unfortunate..

Not really. Prabhupada never had problems with the individuals themselves, he just opposed the mayavada philosophy.
He always gave respect in that sense to those individuals despite following mayavada philosophy. In Lilamrta and Memories we've seen or heard Prabhupada meeting them, some of them were very good friends with him.

Srila Prabhupada so vehemently opposed mayavada philosophy because firstly, the jiva soul has then become so puffed up that he thinks he is God, secondly, mayavad philosophy is very dangerous, try to understand, as living jivas, part and parcel of Krsna, we are inherently blissful, eternal and fully knowledgeable, you probably know this, so…when the soul starts to become affected by mayavad then that opportunity to return the natural position of the soul is destroyed… devotional service in the eternal spiritual realm, full of unending forms of variety and bliss, where everything(everyone) is alive, where every word is a song and every step a dance, a personal world, where love can be exchanged between individuals, that is our natural position, just like we find in this world, we must love someone, and to feel loved, that is natural,.. mayavad philosophy is denying all of this- there is no personality of Godhead, there is no opportunity to reunite with our long-lost beloved and actually have an eternal ever ecstatically increasing relationship with him, neither do you have personality because in liberation we merge into the all-pervading light and love of the universe , that is all, so actually you are god bro
…if you want to believe in such a childish philosophy that’s your prerogative, but those who preach this to the innocent public thus cheating them of their eternal birthright , they are the worst and I kick them in the head , hoping for Nityananda’s mercy on them😅, Nityananda! The wild avadhuta of Nadia!
The spiritual world is real and this temporary material realm is a reflection of it, just like here we have so much variety and forms of expression, everyone has their own individuality, would you ever dare to try and forcefully take away somebody’s identity? So that they believe that really they are just an energy…? just No you wouldn’t do that, because that horrible, an ‘energy’ with no personality cannot love or receive love….just think about it, these mayavadi’s are killers of the soul, so yeah, they got their just chastisement from Srila Prabhupada

Unfortunately by looking at external symptoms one comes to this conclusion. This is how we think as conditioned souls that everyone is like us we cannot imagine the transcendental qualities that are present in the heart of such a vaishnav. When in reality someone like Prabhupada sees himself as a servant of everyone. And for the service of his guru Maharaj to spread bhakti dharm of chaitanya mahaprabhu the khandan of mayawaad philosophy which is basically the philosophy of spiritual suicide, the contradiction was necessary.

Thank you, Radhika Schwartz, for your comment. I have been studying Srila Prabhupada's teachings for more than fifty years. I understand what you are referring to. But on the contrary, there is another side to this issue. Srila Prabhupada gave credit where credit was due. He explained that the path of realizing the Absolute Truth by way of Brahman is very, very difficult, and those who succeed are rare. Yet, though they may succeed in entering the brahmajyoti, they hanker for personal interaction with others, so they eventually come back to this material realm to perform philanthropic work like opening hospitals and other types of charitable pursuits. So we respect those who adopt the difficult path of Brahman realization, as it is a bona fide path of transcendence. But we choose to accept the process of self-realization taught by the bhakti yogis, because it is personal and it is joyfully performed. We, being persons who by nature seek happiness, resonate with the path that leads us to our eternal place in the spiritual world, where we eternally engage in blissful service to the Supreme Person, Lord Sri Krishna. And in Bhagavad-gita, Lord Krishna says that the bhakti yogis who return to Vaikuntha never have to return to this material world again. Thank you again for your comment.
